The Diamond Light Codes are 'symbols' representing Geometric structures of light. They awaken dormant aspects within your DNA, helping to align you with the frequencies of energy streaming on to our planet.

Two years ago, we received spontaneously a mudra and the message was that this was a Diamond Light Mudra. Our group at the center have been practicing with this mudra for a while until lately when we stopped for a while for various reasons.

Did some search over the internet and found out that there were already a few therapists who had their own versions of symbols that accessed the Diamond Light for uplifting purposes. And some of these diamond symbols were very colourful and interesting.

One of the most fascinating was from an energy therapist named Julia Umpleby.  Her diamond light codes are unbelievably beautiful. And you can go to her website and buy the images of the codes.

Fast forward to April 2020 and I saw a message from a lady lightworker called Judy Satori. In her website, Judy said that our entire solar system was being bathed by light rays from 22 galaxies which were releasing Diamond Light Codes for our enlightenment.

The Diamond Light Codes release dormant DNA  activate the kundalini and allow more psychic gifts and blessings to appear in us, the human race and is part of our evolutionary journey towards a higher dimension.  

Along the way there are symptoms like body aches, extreme heat, kundalini flu, headaches, bloated stomachs as digestive systems will also be affected etc.  And once you are aware of these symptoms, they can be treated. That is the physical aspect.


Among the emotional and mental aspects are, we go through bouts of depression. Our ego gets bashed by insecurity, guilt and shame. We feel that we are too bad to be good enough. And we have strange dreams about people in our lives. 


Lots of past life issues - betrayals, wars, torture, family disputes, guilt and many other dysfunctional issues begin to surface and appear as chronic diseases or hard to cure physical issues begin to emerge. That is all par for the course.


So exercise, change in diets towards more alkaline food, massage, essential oils, the practice of qi gong or tai chi, reiki, sacred inner dance, the balancing mudras and for various people, past life therapy are the tools that help to clear all these issues.


Remember the snake. It will shed its old skin and then move on. Have more adventures, then  shed its old skin again and grow a new skin underneath.  That is similar to what we humans have to go through. 


Shed our old consciousness with all its old habits and move on with new habits which are being learned while the old skin is being shed or released. The new habits are the psychic gifts that come from DNA release through spontaneous kundalini awakening.

For beings in higher dimensions, psychic gifts are normal. Telekinesis – moving objects with your mind. Levitation.  Seeing auras.  All these are considered normal.  Life is telepathic and loving kindness is a way of life. Our thoughts will manifest instantly. Happy thoughts will have happy outcomes. 

Since everyone is telepathic, the thoughts are felt by everyone within the vicinity of the person having those thoughts. Negative thoughts will have painful outcomes.  And the majority of beings from our 3D – our current human world have both positive and negative thoughts. Negative thoughts are not tolerated in higher dimensions.

We are preparing to live in a higher dimension where happy thoughts are the norm.  No one thinks negatively. It is impossible for people who have not practiced oneness or unity consciousness, to go to a higher loving dimension.  


Our energy frequencies will not match. Now you know why, we have to practice non-judgement, loving kindness and be mindful of our thoughts – and start practicing pronto. It is like we are in Standard 3 and preparing to go to Standard 4 or 5.  If you do not pass your exams, you remain in Standard 3 while the rest move on to the next standard.

The benefits are obvious.  Once we understand that our thoughts create our reality then we will be more mindful of what we think because, we want to create an uplifting reality for ourselves. Aurobindo said that our inside (our inner thoughts) attract our outside ( our external reality). That is commonly referred to as the Law of Attraction.

Lately some of the practitioners have been seeing golden light or glaring light during meditation. This means we are approaching a higher dimension. That means, you are progressing and your thoughts percentage-wise are more positive than negative.

During our Shambhala Mudra Meditation on Saturday 16 May, we were once again asked to do the Diamond Light Mudra.

Along the way as the rays continue to come to us... soon some people will see themselves within the diamond.  When these happens, more and more psychic abilities will awaken in us.... and so we have to prepare ourselves by practicing unity or oneness consciousness to uplift ourselves ... 

And the Shambhala water also helps us to uplift to a higher dimension.... this is what is going to happen to this planet ... so the idea is to focus on your own self transformation.  You cannot do this for another person.  Everyone has to do their own inner work.

Not everyone is ready to let go of 3D duality ... and we all have our own divine timing to evolve.... take it one day at a time ... and avoid reading so called 'bad news"  ...yes we have to be aware of what is going on.... but do not allow that to be your focus... our focus has to be on self-awareness, mindfulness and evolution... and this begins with non-judgement.... the most difficult lesson of all.

Receiving Shambala water, I see myself at a waterfall...felt cold at the feet with hot air around my face and ears. Saw the letter *R* ?? dancing...lots of tiny orbs... yellow colour surrounding...body was moving forth and back for few mins and stop. At end of session, I was sweating. Tq Andrew.

I saw light very far away … like small dots like in the picture. Firstly was very nice light blue... the light sometimes start from small to slightly bigger seem like nearer to me... or from bigger light turning smaller  further away from me and disappear... later it was red, pink, orange, yellow and green...

All this light appeared after receiving the Shambala water. Ooh ya... when Andrew ask to say we receive the drops of Shambala Water... I feel a warm energy flowing in my body from the head while the cool wind was blowing toward me.

In between, I have some scenarios and people came into my mind and I was then guided to recite I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you and I love you a few times.. This happen before I saw the blue light.

16/05/2020, 11:04 - Linda Tan: Today I felt cold in my solar plexus area and also my back too during the chanting. When receiving Shambhala water, my whole body felt cool all over. My solar plexus felt colder. Felt the energy in my face and moving downward and stayed around my chest area.

When receiving Shambala, I  felt cool and had a sweet taste on the tongue. Saw a 10 inch turquoise diamond and it started expanding becoming very big. After that got a vision that I'm wearing a turquoise diamond dress. Saw white and gold colours. When the energy moved to the hips it became black then brown then disappeared and became white.

Gold in the aura represents an inspired individual with spiritual energy, their power activated and awakened, an intellect that is pursuing benevolence and upliftment. A golden aura indicates the unity of the entire chakra system.  All the chakras have become one and can be seen by seers as a golden lotus in the entire image of the person. In the beginning the gold aura is temporary, When that individual consistently applies efforts towards expanding his or her consciousness, more gold is persistently seen in the aura until it is permanent.

At mid of Shambhala blessing I can feel my hand with diamond mudra become attached very strongly feel like numbness, but actually I believe it’s a strong energy pulling between both hand during this mudra. 

At the  end section I feel more relaxed and calm despite being  sleepless last nite.. Then only I realise that my whole body was sweating with my clothes getting wet... But I haven't feel warmness or even coldness. Tq Andrew.

16/05/2020, 12:43 - Mohana: Hi Andrew, Diamond light mudra session today was very powerful that I still feel stoned, thoughtless and doing work mechanically which is good as it's effortless.

During the meditation, while doing breathing at the beginning my mind was focus on a project I'm contemplating. I saw bright green colour which was vibrant and soothing at the same time. Diamond mudra gave calmness and clarity and I saw how I could advance my project ideas. Also, I felt warm in my physical body but my surrounding was cool.

When you started chanting I felt very strong energy, blue glaring light and then the vision of outer space with purplish pink light. As I slide into meditation, had the vision of only one banyan tree in an empty golden space. Mahavatar Babaji appeared on the tree trunk. Such a gorgeous image that I went into deep alpha state. Thank you🙏🏻🌹🙏🏻

The banyan tree is referred to as the tree of immortality in the Indian spiritual tradition.

After yesterday’s diamond light mudra meditation session yesterday, one of the participants is now totally encased within a diamond. That means the entire body is now within the diamond. Over time this person’s psychic abilities will grow.

Now in higher dimensions, psychic abilities are normal. That means if there are 100 million people in Shambhala, all 100 million are psychic.

That is where we are heading.  But if one does not practice oneness or unity consciousness or the practice of loving kindness, then one will use these psychic abilities for selfish or “bad” purposes.


That is not allowed under Universal Law.

So the practice of loving kindness and non-judgement has to be hand-in-hand with psychic growth and development.

Someone asked why are we getting diamond light codes from the 22 galaxies now.

We are getting some assistance from the universe in the form of the diamond light codes from these 22 galaxies.  Their consciousness is uniting to send the entire human race ... the diamond light body.

The universe is in a "hurry" to speed up the evolution of the human race. The human race on earth is considered a backward race.  We could be the only species that destroy the very habitat that supports us. No intelligent species does that to their own planet.

Our entire solar system is now spinning in a different location of the universe closer to these 22 galaxies.  And so the entire human race is receiving this diamond light wake-up call that spontaneously activates our kundalini which in turn releases more DNA which enhances our psychic abilities.

So those who have not practiced Yin Yang like we are doing, they are getting a piggy back from the 22 rays even if they do not practice Yin Yang - on one condition - they practice loving kindness as a way of life. 

Then the 22 rays are beamed into the heart chakra of a loving person and they spontaneously get the DNA activation which helps in their evolution.

For those of us who are consciously doing the Yin Yang balancing mudras - what happens is that the diamond light from the 22 galaxies ENHANCES our personal inner transformation practice.

In conclusion, even if people are not practicing yin yang mudras etc like what we are doing, the Diamond light codes are already streaming to earth to awaken the entire human race...but without a loving heart, the diamond codes have no landing zone to enable the inner transformation that is necessary to evolve.  

That person does not EVOLVE and will have to recycle in the wheel of samsara - meaning they have to reincarnate in the 3rd dimension and experience duality (good and bad) all over again.

The daily practice of loving kindness and non-judgement is therefore necessary for our evolution. What we do now plants the seeds for our future. We are going to do this a step at a time.

Admiral Byrd visits Hollow Earth

As a young man interested in the occult – occult means hidden or secret truth, I was introduced to the books of an author known as Tuesday Lobsang Rampa.  He wrote about 19 books in total. I only managed to read about 8 to 9 of them.  All of them were mind-blowing.

He was a Tibetan Lama who transmigrated his soul into that of an English man called Cyril Hodgkin who had a similar vibration of energy to his. This mean his soul entered that of Cyril's body and Cyril's soul left and was escorted away by Lamas in their astral body. After that he wrote all the books that revealed secret mysteries to the rest of humanity on many subjects of the occult like the opening of the 3^rd eye, the ancient land and customs of Tibet, psychic senses like astral travelling and most importantly he wrote on the subject of UFOs and the Hollow Earth.

Lobsang’s claim is that all the planets in our solar system are hollow and many beings, both human and non-human live in these hollow sanctuaries. Lobsang makes the same claim for our planet Earth and said that he had made many trips in the astral to visit the Hollow Earth.

Some of his loyal readers have started a blog called www.lobsangrampa.org to spread the knowledge from his books which they say will free mankind from their ignorance of the truth.

I have placed some information here from the blog about an actual visit to the Hollow Earth by an American Admiral Robert Byrd based on his secret diaries.

There have been many rumours about a Hollow Earth, many entertaining films were created because of these claims, however if you investigate all those explorers who have been to the Arctic and/or Antarctic Poles you will discover they encountered many strange anomalies which can only be explained by a Hollow Earth. Most explorers didn't dare report such anomalies in fear of being publicly ridiculed and discredited, so only a handful of explorers did detail such strange anomalies much to their cost and reputation. No explorer has ever achieved reaching the actual true North or South Poles as it's physically not possible and I will explain why.

When any explorer travels to either Pole by compass alone they have little to no idea of exactly where they are. Historically many explorers have admitted to being completely lost as they guess based on their compass readings but because a normal compass fails to read correctly once they have reached or passed magnetic north they therefore assume they have arrived at the actual Pole. Sat-Nav may help towards overcoming this problem but this will also fail to work after entering the Hollow Earth because there are no signals once inside; however many have just taken a boat and sailed straight into the Hollow Earth as we will read later.

All explorers who claim they have reached either Pole have only reached magnetic North (or South) which is well below latitude 80 and therefore assume they have arrived at the actual Pole. They rely on a compass which doesn't work after you pass magnetic north, because the compass then points vertical and not horizontal. A standard map reading compass fails to work at both Poles because you need a gyrocompass like a plane uses.

Only then it will point straight down when you go beyond latitude 90 as you are then entering the opening to the Hollow Earth as some people have done, hence we know this information to be true. Once fully inside the Hollow Earth the compass points North as up and halfway through either opening the compass reads horizontal. The Poles are simply the outer rim of a magnetic circle around the polar opening which is around 1400 miles wide. Admiral Peary has demonstrated that the magnetic circle can be as wide as 2000 miles as it physically fluctuates as well documented. The following people have written books worth reading:

William Reed in 1906 — The Phantom of the Poles.

Willis George Emerson in 1908 — The Smoky God or A Voyage Journey to the Inner Earth.

Marshall B. Gardner in 1920 — A Journey to the Earth's Interior or Have the Poles Really Been Discovered

Amadeo Giannini in 1959 — Beyond the Poles

Raymond Bernard in 1964 — Hollow Earth

Dr Rampa in 1975 — Twilight

However between the publications of these books an American Rear Admiral Richard E. Byrd flew two missions into both North and South Pole openings. Rear Admiral Richard E. Byrd's secret diary as published towards the end of this page. The first flight being in 1947 which he flew to the North Pole, and flew 1700 miles into the Hollow Earth before being forced to return due to fuel. Then in 1956 he flew to the South Pole and flew 2300 miles into the Hollow Earth before returning. Radio contact was maintained during the South Pole flight and Rear Admiral Byrd narrated what he saw; uncharted land and seas, unknown and known flora and fauna, including observing many so-called extinct animals. How can this be if the Poles are just a mass of solid ice as claimed?

When Ray Palmer, editor of the magazine Flying Saucers, in December 1959's issue decided to publish Rear Admiral Richard E. Byrd's discovery he encountered an unforeseen, unexpected, major problem. All the many thousands of magazines that had been printed were awaiting delivery, trucks were organised and sent to deliver the magazines, however the magazines never arrived because all the trucks arrived at their destinations empty. A branch of the American government confiscated all copies including the printing plates, also all delivery records had been erased. If this was not true, then why did the government take such extreme action? What information did the magazine contain that frightened a government? Why suppress and erase all records, including some people? What did they fear? Usually it's just the truth!

Hollow Earth

The Earth thickness varies in parts from 800 to 1000 miles approximately, and the above diagram should only be used as a guide as the opening at the South Pole is now much smaller than the North.

Earth is not the only planet within our solar system with life within it; see Gardeners of the Earth, as most planets are hollow. Hollow planets that are inhabited, because of their internal sun, will therefore display either an Aurora Borealis (North) or Aurora Australis (South) as do the planets Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Saturn and Jupiter. We are not alone in our solar system!

Fresh water comes from the openings at each Pole as the Hollow Earth is mainly fresh water, that we know of. It's this water which overflows from the inside to the outside that's creating the many fresh icebergs and ice tongues. Many times the water will contain bits of flora or tropical seeds which freezes upon reaching the outside and many assume it's been preserved in ice for many thousands of years. In July 2007, a baby mammoth thought to be the most perfectly-preserved example of its kind has been unveiled in Russia. The infant is thought to have died around 10,000 years ago and has been kept on ice in the permafrost of north-western Siberia ever since; and yet the green leaf found within its mouth was as fresh as if just picked from a tree.

Many hundreds of other cases exist where the animal found still contains green vegetation not only within its stomach, but physically within its mouth, and yet science tries to claim it's thousands of years old. Rhinoceros, reindeer, hippopotamus, lion and hyena have all been found around the North Pole encased in solid ice, preserved completely intact, so where do they come from? Now, everyone knows that you don't get insects flying around at the North Pole or the South Pole, also you don't get green leaves or tropical seeds, so where do they come from? There is only one place: the Hollow Earth!

The coloured snow is generated from the much coloured pollen which blows out from the Hollow Earth. So much pollen that it physically turns vast areas of snow from white to whatever colour the pollen is, red being one popular colour. Science has taken samples and knows this to be true and yet keeps it quiet. So why keep quiet?

The Hollow Earth is also known as Aghartha — in Tibetan lore there is much mention made of Shamballa (Main Capital City) where the King of all the world lives, a King who is hidden from the millions on the surface of the world but there are many tunnels which go from the surface directly down to Aghartha. Dr Rampa is known to have travelled some of these tunnels (as many others have) and communicated with those within our Earth; that is written within his books. Dr Rampa has also flown into the Hollow Earth by flying saucer when those within our planet invited him, because they knew who he was and what he was trying to do. Our planet is not the only planet with life in our solar system

The many people — regardless of where they originally come from they are still people — who live within our Earth live much longer than we do on the outside as they have evolved both physically and spiritually. Therefore, the different species live between 400 and 800 of our years. We know that people inside the Earth are very, very highly evolved people indeed who are remnants from Lemuria, Mu, Atlantis, and many even older civilisations. Many centuries ago we humans used to live to around 500 years. People now die much sooner because of the evil radiations from the sun because our protecting cloud cover has near to completely gone in many parts of the world.

The aurora borealis could easily be the reflections from the inner sun when conditions are suitable, or they could even be radiations from the nuclear life within our world, but the aurora borealis has nothing to do with solar flares or any solar activity, as science assumes based on no actual facts. Science discovered whilst trying to record all electrical and magnetic disturbances during an aurora borealis event that there was none, therefore it cannot be put down to any solar activity as these do show up as recordable disturbances.

Did you know that the Wright brothers were not the first people who built the first airplane? Someone beat them to it 3000 years earlier. The International Academy of Sanskrit investigation at Mysore, India, discovered an ancient treatise called Vymanika Shastra which translated into English means The Science of Aeronautics It has eight chapters with various diagrams, describing various aircrafts which could neither catch fire nor break. Also it goes on giving information on thirty-one essential parts and sixteen materials from which they are constructed, some that absorbs light and heat, for which motives they are considered suitable for any construction of airplanes.

Just one other small scientific claim-to-fame to keep in mind just in case you think this is all made up, for centuries, not weeks or months, but centuries the people of this planet thought the Earth was flat. Due to the Earth being so large they couldn't see the curvature, therefore wrongly assumed it was flat. Once we knew the Earth was not flat scientists then wondered why those living in Australia didn’t just fall off the planet as they had no concept of gravity back then. It was explorers and not scientists who discovered the Earth was round. So, anyone going to the Poles to find the opening won't see it as the opening is so large it's not possible to see the curvature at ground level.

Humans will believe anything they are told especially via today's media and sadly without further questioning. We have only to remember the Orson Wells "Raiders from Mars" a radio broadcast of many years ago when Americans really did most thoroughly panic, in spite of being told by the announcers that it was only a play. Many people also believe that Sherlock Holmes was a living person, and still do today, judging by the volume of mail that arrives at 221b Baker Street.

You can either believe it or not because that doesn't change the facts. Please do your own investigating and you will discover that all this knowledge has been suppressed throughout history to control the masses, either for religious or now mainly for commercial motives. 2012 was predicted as the end of the Earth, but there is a forthcoming prophesied crossroad in which mankind must face a choice. Mankind must choose either to evolve or devolve, deciding whether to progress spiritually, or whether to sink down to levels below that of a chimpanzee as many live today.

In July 2008 USA astronaut Edgar Mitchell from Apollo 14 mission finally speaks out that beings from other planets do exist and contacts have been made. This is briefly what he said: "There's so much nonsense out there (what people say and think; especially on the web) about this (UFOs) than is real, but it IS a real phenomenon (we have been saying that for many years). Some of us are privileged enough to have been briefed on some of it and we're not alone in the Universe; and we have certainly been visited."

Dr Mitchell goes on to briefly discuss Roswell in 1947, saying it was a real extra-terrestrial crash there and he openly admits involvement in intelligence, military circles, UFO committees and groups, also goes on to admit it has been well covered up in the past sixty years. He makes further claims there has been quite a bit of contacts and that contacts are real and ongoing but does not know where they are from. He admits that we humans have reverse-engineering of a spacecraft, but ours are not as sophisticated as what the visitors have. The Gardeners may be back with us sooner that we think and the prophesied return date is getting closer!

It's time to open your eyes and mind because the sooner mankind understands gravity the better. Science knows of the effects of gravity — as we all do — but doesn't truly understand gravity. If science truly understood gravity, we would be building and travelling by means of anti-gravity devices that are in-keeping with nature and cannot pollute their environment as we currently do. The day mankind truly understands gravity an exceptionally wondrous thing will happen... just wait and see!

The remark about gravity was foretold by Dr Rampa in one of his 19 books. Since writing this I have been sent a copy of American Rear Admiral Richard E. Byrd secret dairy. So to add strength to this topic I have decided to publish this and here it is:

Admiral Richard B. Byrd's Diary (Feb. Mar. 1947)

The exploration flight over the North Pole (The Inner Earth My Secret Diary)

I must write this diary in secrecy and obscurity. It concerns my Arctic flight of the nineteenth day of February in the year of Nineteen and Forty-Seven. There comes a time when the rationality of men must fade into insignificance and one must accept the inevitability of the Truth! I am not at liberty to disclose the following documentation at this writing ... Perhaps it shall never see the light of public scrutiny, but I must do my duty and record here for all to read one day. In a world of greed and exploitation of certain of mankind can no longer suppress that which is truth.

FLIGHT LOG: BASE CAMP ARCTIC, 2/19/1947

0600 Hours- All preparations are complete for our flight north ward and we are airborne with full fuel tanks at 0610 Hours.

0620 Hours- fuel mixture on starboard engine seems too rich, adjustment made and Pratt & Whitney’s are running smoothly.

0730 Hours- Radio Check with base camp. All is well and radio reception is normal.

0740 Hours- Note slight oil leak in starboard engine, oil pressure indicator seems normal, however.

0800 Hours- Slight turbulence noted from easterly direction at altitude of 2321 feet, correction to 

1700 feet, no further turbulence, but tail wind increases, slight adjustment in throttle controls, aircraft performing very well now.

0815 Hours- Radio Check with base camp, situation normal.

0830 Hours- Turbulence encountered again, increase altitude to 2900 feet, smooth flight conditions again.

0910 Hours- Vast Ice and snow below, note coloration of yellowish nature, and disperse in a linear pattern. Altering course for a better examination of this colour pattern below, note reddish or purple colour also. Circle this area two full turns and return to assigned compass heading. Position check made again to base camp, and relay information concerning colorations in the Ice and snow below.

0910 Hours- Both Magnetic and Gyro compasses beginning to gyrate and wobble, we are unable to hold our heading by instrumentation. Take bearing with Sun compass, yet all seems well. The controls are seemingly slow to respond and have sluggish quality, but there is no indication of Icing!

0915 Hours- In the distance is what appear to be mountains.

0949 Hours- 29 minutes elapsed flight time from the first sighting of the mountains, it is no illusion. They are mountains and consisting of a small range that I have never seen before!

0955 Hours- Altitude change to 2950 feet, encountering strong turbulence again.

1000 Hours- We are crossing over the small mountain range and still proceeding northward as best as can be ascertained. Beyond the mountain range is what appears to be a valley with a small river or stream running through the centre portion. There should be no green valley below! Something is definitely wrong and abnormal here! We should be over Ice and Snow! To the portside are great forests growing on the mountain slopes. Our navigation Instruments are still spinning, the gyroscope is oscillating back and forth!

1005 Hours- I alter altitude to 1400 feet and execute a sharp left turn to better examine the valley below. It is green with either moss or a type of tight knit grass. The Light here seems different. I cannot see the Sun anymore. We make another left turn and we spot what seems to be a large animal of some kind below us. It appears to be an elephant! NO!!! It looks more like a mammoth! This is incredible! Yet, there it is! Decrease altitude to 1000 feet and take binoculars to better examine the animal. It is confirmed - it is definitely a mammoth-like animal! Report this to base camp.

1030 Hours- Encountering more rolling green hills now. The external temperature indicator reads 74 degrees Fahrenheit! Continuing on our heading now. Navigation instruments seem normal now. I am puzzled over their actions. Attempt to contact base camp. Radio is not functioning!

1130 Hours- Countryside below is more level and normal (if I may use that word). Ahead we spot what seems to be a city!!!! This is impossible! Aircraft seems light and oddly buoyant. The controls refuse to respond!! My GOD!!! Off our port and star board wings are a strange type of aircraft. They are closing rapidly alongside! They are disc-shaped and have a radiant quality to them. They are close enough now to see the markings on them. It is a type of Swastika!!! This is fantastic. Where are we! What has happened? I tug at the controls again. They will not respond!!!! We are caught in an invisible vice grip of some type!

1135 Hours- Our radio crackles and a voice comes through in English with what perhaps is a slight Nordic or Germanic accent! The message is: Welcome, Admiral, to our domain. We shall land you in exactly seven minutes! Relax, Admiral, you are in good hands. I note the engines of our plane have stopped running! The aircraft is under some strange control and is now turning itself. The controls are useless.

1140 Hours- Another radio message received. We begin the landing process now, and in moments the plane shudders slightly, and begins a descent as though caught in some great unseen elevator! The downward motion is negligible, and we touchdown with only a slight jolt!

1145 Hours- I am making a hasty last entry in the flight log. Several men are approaching on foot toward our aircraft. They are tall with blond hair. In the distance is a large shimmering city pulsating with rainbow hues of colour. I do not know what is going to happen now, but I see no signs of weapons on those approaching. I hear now a voice ordering me by name to open the cargo door. I comply.

END LOG

From this point I write all the following events here from memory. It defies the imagination and would seem all but madness if it had not happened.

The radioman and I are taken from the aircraft and we are received in a most cordial manner. We were then boarded on a small platform-like conveyance with no wheels! It moves us toward the glowing city with great swiftness. As we approach, the city seems to be made of a crystal material. Soon we arrive at a large building that is a type I have never seen before. It appears to be right out of the design board of Frank Lloyd Wright, or perhaps more correctly, out of a Buck Rogers setting!! We are given some type of warm beverage which tasted like nothing I have ever savoured before. It is delicious.

After about ten minutes, two of our wondrous appearing hosts come to our quarters and announce that I am to accompany them. I have no choice but to comply. I leave my radioman behind and we walk a short distance and enter into what seems to be an elevator. We descend downward for some moments, the machine stops, and the door lifts silently upward! We then proceed down a long hallway that is lit by a rose-coloured light that seems to be emanating from the very walls themselves! One of the beings motions for us to stop before a great door. Over the door is an inscription that I cannot read. The great door slides noiselessly open and I am beckoned to enter. One of my hosts speaks. Have no fear, Admiral; you are to have an audience with the Master...

I step inside and my eyes adjust to the beautiful coloration that seems to be filling the room completely. Then I begin to see my surroundings. What greeted my eyes is the most beautiful sight of my entire existence. It is in fact too beautiful and wondrous to describe. It is exquisite and delicate. I do not think there exists a human term that can describe it in any detail with justice! My thoughts are interrupted in a cordial manner by a warm rich voice of melodious quality, I bid you welcome to our domain, Admiral. I see a man with delicate features and with the etching of years upon his face. He is seated at a long table. He motions me to sit down in one of the chairs. After I am seated, he places his fingertips together and smiles. He speaks softly again, and conveys the following.

We have let you enter here because you are of noble character and well-known on the Surface World, Admiral. Surface World, I half-gasp under my breath! Yes, the Master replies with a smile, you are in the domain of the Arianni, the Inner World of the Earth. We shall not long delay your mission, and you will be safely escorted back to the surface and for a distance beyond. But now, Admiral, I shall tell you why you have been summoned here. Our interest rightly begins just after your race exploded the first atomic bombs over Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan. It was at that alarming time we sent our flying machines, the Flugelrads, to your surface world to investigate what your race had done. That is, of course, past history now, my dear Admiral, but I must continue on. You see, we have never interfered before in your race's wars, and barbarity, but now we must, for you have learned to tamper with a certain power that is not for man, namely, that of atomic energy. Our emissaries have already delivered messages to the powers of your world, and yet they do not heed. Now you have been chosen to be witness here that our world does exist. You see, our Culture and Science is many thousands of years beyond your race, Admiral.

I interrupted, but, what does this have to do with me, Sir? The Master's eyes seemed to penetrate deeply into my mind, and after studying me for a few moments he replied, your race has now reached the point of no return, for there are those among you who would destroy your very world rather than relinquish their power as they know it... I nodded, and the Master continued, In 1945 and afterward, we tried to contact your race, but our efforts were met with hostility, our Flugelrads were fired upon. Yes, even pursued with malice and animosity by your fighter planes. So, now, I say to you, my son, there is a great storm gathering in your world, a black fury that will not spend itself for many years. There will be no answer in your arms; there will be no safety in your science. It may rage on until every flower of your culture is trampled, and all human things are levelled in vast chaos. Your recent war was only a prelude of what is yet to come for your race. We here see it more clearly with each hour... do you say I am mistaken?

No, I answer, it happened once before, the dark ages came and they lasted for more than five hundred years. Yes, my son, replied the Master, the dark ages that will come now for your race will cover the Earth like a pall, but I believe that some of your race will live through the storm, beyond that, I cannot say. We see at a great distance a new world stirring from the ruins of your race, seeking its lost and legendary treasures, and they will be here, my son, safe in our keeping. When that time arrives, we shall come forward again to help revive your culture and your race. Perhaps, by then, you will have learned the futility of war and its strife...and after that time, certain of your culture and science will be returned for your race to begin anew. You, my son, are to return to the Surface World with this message.....

With these closing words, our meeting seemed at an end. I stood for a moment as in a dream.... but, yet, I knew this was reality, and for some strange reason I bowed slightly, either out of respect or humility, I do not know which.

Suddenly, I was again aware that the two beautiful hosts who had brought me here were again at my side. This way, Admiral, motioned one. I turned once more before leaving and looked back toward the Master. A gentle smile was etched on his delicate and ancient face. Farewell, my son, he spoke, then he gestured with a lovely, slender hand a motion of peace and our meeting was truly ended. Quickly, we walked back through the great door of the Master's chamber and once again entered into the elevator. The door slid silently downward and we were at once going upward. One of my hosts spoke again, We must now make haste, Admiral, as the Master desires to delay you no longer on your scheduled timetable and you must return with his message to your race.

I said nothing. All of this was almost beyond belief, and once again my thoughts were interrupted as we stopped. I entered the room and was again with my radioman. He had an anxious expression on his face. As I approached, I said, It is all right, Howie, it is all right. The two beings motioned us toward the awaiting conveyance; we boarded, and soon arrived back at the aircraft. The engines were idling and we boarded immediately. The whole atmosphere seemed charged now with a certain air of urgency. After the cargo door was closed the aircraft was immediately lifted by that unseen force until we reached an altitude of 2700 feet. Two of the aircraft were alongside for some distance guiding us on our return way. I must state here, the airspeed indicator registered no reading, yet we were moving along at a very rapid rate.

ENTRY IN FLIGHT LOG CONTINUES:

215 Hours- A radio message comes through. We are leaving you now, Admiral, your controls are free. Auf Wiedersehen! We watched for a moment as the flugelrads disappeared into the pale blue sky. The aircraft suddenly felt as though caught in a sharp downdraft for a moment. We quickly recovered her control. We do not speak for some time; each man has his thoughts....

220 Hours- We are again over vast areas of ice and snow, and approximately 27 minutes from base camp. We radio them, they respond. We report all conditions normal... normal. Base camp expresses relief at our re-established contact.

300 Hours- We land smoothly at base camp. I have a mission...

END LOG ENTRIES.

March 11, 1947. I have just attended a staff meeting at the Pentagon. I have stated fully my discovery and the message from the Master. All is duly recorded. The President has been advised. I am now detained for several hours (six hours, thirty- nine minutes, to be exact.) I am interviewed intently by Top Security Forces and a medical team. It was an ordeal!!!! I am placed under strict control via the national security provisions of this United States of America.

I AM ORDERED TO REMAIN SILENT IN REGARD TO ALL THAT I HAVE LEARNED, ON THE BEHALF OF HUMANITY; Incredible! I am reminded that I am a military man and I must obey orders.

30/12/56: FINAL ENTRY: These last few years elapsed since 1947 have not been kind...I now make my final entry in this singular diary. In closing, I must state that I have faithfully kept this matter secret as directed all these years. It has been completely against my values of moral right. Now, I seem to sense the long night coming on and this secret will not die with me, but as all truth shall, it will triumph and so it shall.

This can be the only hope for mankind. I have seen the truth and it has quickened my spirit and has set me free! I have done my duty toward the monstrous military industrial complex. Now, the long night begins to approach, but there shall be no end. Just as the long night of the Arctic ends, the brilliant sunshine of Truth shall come again... and those who are of darkness shall fall in its Light...

FOR I HAVE SEEN THAT LAND BEYOND THE POLE, THAT CENTER OF THE GREAT UNKNOWN.

Heaven on Earth already exists on Venus

Someone asked me, Andrew, you suggest that we express daily gratitude to experience heaven on earth.  Okay we know about heaven on earth… that everything is oneness and unconditional love … as a way of life … are there any examples of how this is lived or achieved? What are the clues?

Good question. The myth about Shambhala is that an evolved being called Sanat Kumara came to Earth with 144,000 souls to assist in enlightening the earth during a dark time in its history.  Eventually they established Shambhala in a higher dimension in earth’s frequency.

There is a story Sanat Kumara also landed in Katagarama, Sri Lanka and Mt. Kurama in Japan. There are plaques that record the event at these two places. Mt. Kurama in Japan is named after Sanat Kumara and is the birthplace of Reiki.

What legends tell us is that Sanat Kumara came from Venus.  So obviously Venus would have a highly evolved civilisation in the higher frequencies of that planet that cannot be seen by any man made telescope.

Our man-made telescopes from our current third dimension  can only see other 3^rd dimension worlds and not a higher dimension of highly evolved planets already living and experiencing unconditional love.

There are articles from humans who have achieved astral travelling. They have visited Venus in the higher frequencies.  An Incan spiritual messenger named Willaru Huayta spoke about it to a Lightworker called Aluna Joy. 

Ignorance is not bliss.  When we read about Venus and their evolved way of life, we are awakening ancient codes of knowledge within our DNA.  There will be an inner desire or impulse to experience this loving way of life. Who on earth wants to continuously experience suffering and poverty. Do you?

By practicing unity or oneness consciousness now in our daily activities, we will eventually match the frequencies of this higher civilisation and that will likely be our next destination.

THIS IS A SMALL PART OF A TRANSCRIPTION OF LECTURES GIVEN BY WILLARU AND TRANLSATED BY ALUNA JOY YAXKIN DURING HER VISIT TO PERU IN SEPTEMBER 1997.

The masters sent me to the United States three times. When I finished my last trip I said, "Oh, finally, I finished my mission". But that was my ego talking. When I got home, there came another invitation to the USA. I said "What do I do with this?” I thought I would have to say no, because I have already finished the three trips. So I went into meditation and I said to the masters. "I have already finished my trips. What can I do with these letters. 

I'm not supposed to go to any more countries in the world." But the masters said, that sometimes we have to keep going once we have started. The three trips were a test. Along the way were many, many tests. I worked with temptation with many different things. Like food, cheeseburgers, hamburgers, banana splits, good American food. I had to come to my inner Father/Mother to really work hard to receive help in these and other things. But at the end it was good, because my Father/Mother was always helping me.

When I came back from the USA, I said, "Now I don't want to travel anyplace on planet Earth. Now I will pray to go to the other planets.” But I was too greedy and too ambitious. I am a simple student, who's just beginning. All my desires are just ego. Only great masters can be taken to other planets for interplanetary initiations. But I started working hard to go to the planet Venus. 

I was eating less meat and all that. I worked a lot with the three steps. I asked them (Venusians) to give me the opportunity to see. I didn't want to go to stay there, because my work is not on Venus. What can I do there? They don't need me there. I have to finish my work here on this planet Earth, not on Venus. This is very important. I only wanted to know, to experience Venus, to compare that civilization with our civilization here. I wanted to bring a little bit of insight for humanity, a little bit. So a test was given.

First Impression of Venus... After going past the astral plane, I arrived on Venus at a sea port. Many cosmic ships were there in the ocean. It was very, very alive, like in the sixth dimension. Everything has life, brilliant vibration, very, very delicious life. You feel good. Your spiritual body feels really good. It feels like home. It is something that I do not feel here on Earth. But when I got there, they were waiting for me, the celestial marines. 

All the boys there were young, because they live eternal life. They have a physical body like us, but live eternal life. They are very young looking, like the age 22, wearing white uniforms like American Marines. They have a blue light, a celestial cape over them. It was very, very nice when I got there. I said "Wow"! I got very emotional. "Wow"! "Finally I'm here"! But it was no good, because it was an inferior type of happiness. So I didn't pass the test of the emotional body.

I looked to them like a monkey you give a banana to and they jump with happiness. (Willaru jumps around the room to demonstrates how an excited monkey looks) Something like that. (The group breaks out in laughter) My happiness was still a little bit of an animal nature, but which is natural on planet Earth, being human. They (the Venusians) understand this, so they showed me a little bit more.

Government... The first thing, there is no government. There are no palaces or government buildings like the White House, embassies, ministries or anything like that. They have no president. Everyone is their own government. There are no separate countries. Planet Venus is one country. There are no passports, separate flags, separate nationalities, frontiers, borders, all these things. They do not have courts because they are their own judges, their own government, their own lawyers, even their own architects, everything. 

They have liberated their consciousness from all that. There is no monetary system either. They work for the Father/Mother to build their temple of the Father (points to the mind) and to build the temple of the Mother (points to the heart). Wherever they go, they are home. There is no division between them. Everybody is the army, because everyone is guardian of the planet. There's no Court of Justice there, because there's no ego. 

Nobody has ego. If there is ego, of course, there is karma. If there's karma, then there are the police, there are judges, and jails. They don't know those things. They have liberated their consciousness a long time ago, and they don't need it. They have no weapons, like machine guns, tanks, airplanes to fight or attack. That is based in fear, and fear is ego. They have finished a long time ago with this.

Most of the people on planet Earth say "Perfect communist doesn't exist". But on Venus they say, "To have perfect communism, we have to eliminate the egos". So you see they don't need any political parties to take responsibility for all the material things. The only question is the action of the consciousness. Everyone on Venus is rich spiritually. It was only with the elimination of the egos that they became the perfect society. There's no fighting present because everybody is their own government. Everybody speaks only a little bit, but also every one knows they are masters with different perspectives.

The Venusians... They are intelligent. They have created a solar system in their brain. It is different than ours. It is more intelligent and has a larger capacity and is wiser, enlightened, and a higher vibration. They have an aura of love, because all the egos have been transmuted. You know that to be an alchemist brings much privilege. This is why they have a lot of electricity. They can fly also, of course, because they have total control over their vital body, astral body, mental body, causal body and their physical body. They are authentic man with all their faculties and powers. We can call this the kingdom of the supermen. They still have a little of the animal in them, but there is a difference. They are authentic man.

RELIGION... The religion is the same as light. It is the light of the life, of the universal cosmic Christ. (This refers to a being that is Christ-like and practices inner peace and unconditional love) They see that light everywhere, in the Father/Mother, in the sexual energy. Even when they see the most beautiful woman, they have another mentality, not erotic, like the people on planet Earth. When we see a very attractive girl.... we are a little bit like an animal, you know. But on Venus there is much respect, a respect based in consciousness. 

This is very important to understand, because life is everywhere, the universal cosmic Christ. The light of the Creation, this is their religion. Religion for them is to be united with the Father/Mother, and to be always in the inner temple. So, they don't need any organized religion. Their life is more solar cosmic universal culture, the culture of Gods. Everyone has all their faculties and powers. They have intuition and telepathic communication. They have the faculties of clairaudiance and clairvoyance. They don't speak so much, like we do here.

Their planet is ruled only by 24 laws, not as many laws as on Earth. It is governed by less laws because they have liberated their consciousness totally. Their religion is the three steps of revolution of consciousness. The first step is the elimination of the ego. Although they don't have ego, they still have the root of ego and they are aware of this all the time. They are always cleansing themselves. Their mind is illuminated. Their mind is in service to the Father/Mother, not in the service of the ego anymore.

In the second step, every marriage on Venus is based in alchemy. All the marriages are conscious. There is no divorce there, because they are with the Father/Mother. They don't experience those things over there. Everybody knows how to make love. This is the biggest step. A long time ago the Venusians used to live like we do on the planet Earth, but they have grown up psychologically. 

Only a few people at first began working with the three steps and then there were more, more, more, more, and then at the end, everybody was taking these three steps. Soon everybody was an alchemist. That's why they have skin that is very transparent, shining like a baby's, because they have never wasted their (sexual) energy. (The third step is sacred service and unconditional love)

On Medicine... Everyone is a doctor also, a medicine man. And as they walk, they heal their planet. Everyone is a master, and they say "My physical body is not my master. My Father is my master". They are very humble. They are very simple. They have no negative ego. "My Father is the one who knows, I am serving my Father, so I am an eternal servant of my Father/Mother. He/she is the one who is the master, not me". 

They have no pride. They do not show off. There are no universities, like we have University of Miami, University of London etc. They say these universities are mental only, "Poor people, they suffer so much to learn a little bit, and still it is not useful". It is not complete.

There are doctors on Earth that don't know how to heal. Everybody on Venus is a medicine man. They don't need any medicine, because they ARE medicine. Of course, they eat the three foods, the organic foods, food from the air, also food from the impressions of the life, the Cosmic Christ which is there. They radiate with the hands of light, which comes from their Father/Mother that are connected to the superior dimensions. They can heal any kind of illness. So in their spiritual path, they don't have to go to a doctor. 

As they grow, they are given all the faculties, even to heal the blind, the deaf, and cancer. But there is no illness and there are no hospitals. There's no contamination, because they never use any gasoline, or electricity, or petroleum like on the planet Earth. They have everything there, but they use solar energy. So this is a totally different system.

Birth control and family... They know how to make love, so it is not necessary to be taking all those pills, or to use condoms to control the population. These are for when we are not civilized. They know how to make love in the holy way, in the sacred spiritual way. They ask the inner Mother not to have a baby. They ask to have a spiritual baby. 

That's the most important, not the physical baby. If they want a baby, a physical baby, they ask the inner Mother to have a physical baby and then the physical baby comes. They ask the great master who's in charge of the ray of creation, who's giving that baby the spiritual essence, to connect in the moment to conceive the baby. They don't know abortion.

On Earth's modern technology... I asked, "What about the technology on the planet Earth with their machines, computers, airplanes and other technology?" One master said to me "The technology on the planet Earth is mentally retarded technology. You think you are civilized. You think you are on top of the world. What are you thinking when you make trips to the moon? This is a violation of cosmic law. 

When beings live in the spiritual culture, as they grow in the initiations, they are given the keys, the secrets, to make their own cosmic ships, but this technology is only learned in the spiritual culture. Interplanetary trips that are made are holy and totally sacred. In this way we shall travel. Everybody can travel in the universe. But traveling on only a mental/intellectual level is dangerous.” That's all they said.

Cosmic Ships... They can make cosmic ships and there's a big, mother ship, very, very giant. There they have no weapons like tanks, machine guns, airplanes to attack or atomic bombs or anything like this because they say it is not necessary. They know another way to control, a superior way. They are the kingdom of the supermen. They are Gods and the Goddesses. They have a better way to control because they know electromagnetic science. 

The only weapon they have is a little spray. When they spray a little bit, for example before landing in New York, let's say, only with a little spray they can paralyze all of New York State, even many states, three, four states. It paralyzes all machines, all the human beings without killing, without making damage to the machines, without making any noises, or without destroying anything, buildings or anything, paralyzes everything. In that moment they can control everything. Anytime if they want, they can take over the planet Earth. They don't do it, because if they do, they will lose their initiation. 

Why would they lose their initiation? Because they will be violating the law of free will. We fight all these wars with each other among countries. This is our free will. This is our reality. We cannot complain, because we want the easy life. The easy life is not meditating, not practicing the spiritual culture. We want to dominate the material first before the spirit. It doesn't work that way. We need to be spiritual first, then dominate the material.

Control of nature and the material worlds... This is the way they work to dominate nature. They are the kings and queens, so like a king they dominate nature. Whenever they want rain, they make it rain. Whenever they want it cloudy, they make it cloudy. Whenever they want it sunny, they put away the clouds and then it is sunny. They live in the Fourth Dimension. In the ancient times their planet used to be a Third Dimensional world and the Fourth Dimensional world. 

These two are in the physical. The Third Dimensional world is the subconscious, because it is not a conscious world. Now many conscious people are living in paradise on this planet Earth. There are some masters already living consciously in this Third Dimension. Most of the conscious people are in the Fourth Dimension. On Venus they have united, they have become one. They are living in paradise, so it is protected. It's an enchanted planet, almost un-touchable, because it is ruled by less laws. If they come here it is because they want to share wisdom. They want to give a message, a warning to humanity, to show us another way.

There are other civilizations, more developed, more enlightened, in the spiritual path. it is very important to know their life, to compare our civilization with the civilizations of other planets in this solar system. They feel sorry for us because we are not growing enough, but they are also very glad because we are working. We are understanding little by little. 

Their guidance says not to look for connection with ETs, because sometimes when we invoke this, we want to be taken, not to come back and that's no good, because we are running away from our responsibilities. We have done almost no work here, and we want to be saved. That doesn't work. Also from the other solar systems comes negative entities, cosmic ships, etc. The gray men don't come from other planets. 

They come from the planet Earth. There is the Fourth Dimension light side and the Fourth Dimension dark side. In the dark side are living those gray people. Humanity believes that they come from other planets. Also in our planet, living in the dark side are other kinds of monsters, and big animals also. Dimension by dimension there is life, different forms of life. Only in the Third Dimension and the Fourth Dimension can we live with a physical body. To go to the other dimensions, fifth, sixth, and seventh, we need other bodies, astral body, mental body, causal body, atomic body, and other bodies. (end)

Shambhala Water Meditation Feedback

We had a Shambhala Water Meditation on Saturday, 2^nd of May, 2020.  The morning session started at 10 am and was different. I felt that there would not be any mudras but just Shambhala water. 


The feeling I got was that the participants should dive deeper into the Shambhala water and experience the outcome. 

On the 22^nd of April, I wrote in our Golden Gaia Whatsapp about why we needed Shambhala water.

Why are we receiving the energy of Shambhala water?  Our body is 60 to 70 percent water. Without water we will perish.  Water nourishes every cell of our being.  Water has its own memory and its own blessings. 

That is why people on pilgrimages come back with holy water whether from Mecca, Ganga or Lourdes.   The water of Shambhala being of higher frequency or the water of "heaven" has curative healing and abundant energy.

Shambhala water literally uplifts us once we receive it gradually and it eventually becomes OUR living energy ... our part to internalise this frequency is to PRACTICE ONENESS.... when we practice oneness we then match the energy frequency of Shambhala water invoked within us during every mudra meditation.

Not everyone will have the same experience and for some who just started they might not feel the coolness but we will see the outcome as we have more Shambhala water sessions.

There was also a message that there was not only one Shambhala but there were more places similar to Shambhala in the 5^th Dimension. And that these destinations were for all humans who embraced unity consciousness and practiced loving kindness.

Kamala, Brisbane

The weather in Brisbane is now cold and windy as it is autumn.  I was wearing a something to keep me warm. Andrew’s tonal chanting of OM with all its variations was very intense

When Andrew invoked the Shambhala water I felt the coolness in my body and it went all the way down to the feet.  It was a different kind of coolness.  And it was a new sensation for me. Then I went into an alpha state and I started getting visions. 

First I saw my guru Ragavendra and other realised souls or sages. I could see another 3 of them clearly – bearded and clean-shaven. Then I started having visions. I saw a brown door with some carvings and drawings that I could not make out.

I was moving around it and then I saw different colours – black, purple, blue, magenta and yellow. It was one of the best sessions I ever had.

Thank you Andrew for today's Shambhala's session. For the 1st time I felt really into it meaning really, really feeling the vibrations/energy that I experienced today unlike my other sessions. Today I really felt it and I'm feeling really good about the blessings of Shambhala water.

The Shambhala water felt very cool. Felt energy in my solar plexus moving up to my throat and face. When we started the session there was pain on my back but after the session the pain eventually disappeared.

Janniie

During the chanting by Andrew I received a message to put on a saffron robe given to me by a spiritual guru in Singapore.  And so I looked for it, found it and put it on.

As I experienced  the Shambhala water invocation, I saw an eye looking at me. And with my eyes closed yet I saw a bright golden light in my inner vision and then a unicorn appeared.  I felt very good and it was an awesome feeling.

Esther

I felt tired.  Been feeling tired for a few days. My body was warm and I was sweating when Andrew invoked the Shambhala water.  (I spoke to Esther later and told her that in the beginning for some people when we invoke Shambhala water, there is some detox and purification going on and people will feel warm and start to sweat.)

Phil

Normally Phil will see a round blue and purple shape during his regular meditations. When the Shambhala water was invoked, the colour shapes were larger and he felt warm during the session.

Lena

During the OM chanting I felt calm and during the Reiki symbol, Sei Hei Ki I felt warm. When Andrew invoked the Shambhala water my body is light though I felt some pain in my right hand. My palm felt the cool breeze and I could feel fresh air above.

Then on my right hand I could feel energy moving towards my shoulder. I saw a dark blue spiral and then I saw a single eye looking at me followed by a layer of sun light. Then I saw a rush of colours white, light blue, purple and I could feel the energy of Shambhala water on my right hand.

Balasubramaniam

This morning I did my yoga with sun salutation suddenly I feel heaviness on head and little bit palpitations and can't continue my yoga. Then just did relaxation while I was waiting for my session with you to begin. .. When I start breathing session with Andrew I still felt palpation and gradually the palpitations slowed and I relaxed.

When I go to deep meditation after the Shambhala invocation, I feel more relax and feel breezy air start flow down all over my body. I start seeing dark, purple, white lights… Suddenly got blue spark just little while…that little movement I start to feel sensation at my throat... Shambala water blessing feeling great but didn't feel cold... Just feel warm.

Regina

I saw a rope bridge and I physically felt I walked forward on it when you started on Shambala.  I could see myself moving forward step by step for a few seconds.

Then when Andrew said the energy is strong you can feel your swaying side to side. Me, I was in the center of a vortex.  Very grounded and stable but the world was revolving around me like a spinning drum in the Tibetan temple. Overall I fell into deep meditation but very aware of my surroundings. When we finished I was very fresh and energised.

Cheah Hoe San

Had one of my best sitting this morning though a pretty short one. At the start Muladhara (Root Chakra) was throbbing and sort of sensed something touching my shoulders from behind.

Then I felt both my arms stretching out with palms facing upwards and I felt I was holding a light in each palm. It was so awesome and my alarm clock rang. Time to go but it was too good to leave so sat for a few extra minutes before bringing both arms up above the head in prayers.

Mohana

During meditation, I had the vision of the monk and the mist. Felt cool breeze. Thought there will be mudras but no. (Andrew explained later)  When meditation ended although my mind was still restless there was calmness in heart Center.  The pain I had since yesterday evening on my neck went off and felt relaxed.

We express our deep gratitude to the participants who provided feedback for the Shambhala Water meditation. 

From the feedback, we can conclude the Shambhala water is healing the body and also purifying energy. We will see how we transform as we move forward with more sessions. The whole idea is to live in the NOW practicing UNITY consciousness, moment by moment, day by day.  

That way, our future destination will take care of itself.
