Sun Gazing at Batu Arang

Tareq, now a masseur and energy therapist at the Oasis Nursing Home has been sending pictures of the morning sunrise at Batu Arang, Selangor.  Batu Arang is about 40 minutes’ drive from Subang. 

Attracted by the prospect of doing the Mudras and Sun Gazing at Batu Arang, a group of us converged at the Oasis by 6.35am on the 14^th October, 2017.

The final group after everyone arrived by 6.35am.

Mai started from Ipoh at 4am and had arrived around 6am at the Oasis home.  We started with an introduction to the reason why we were there and then Mohana took over and facilitated the Three in One transformation process of the Reverse Colour Chakras, 5 Mudras and the Lo Shu. 

Over the past year the small but growing group has been introduced to the three personal development modules but within the last four weeks, Mohana had received guidance to merge the three modules into one cohesive practice with the chakras as the platform for personal transformation.

One

The Reverse Colour Chakras turn the rainbow colours upside down and so instead of red at the base chakra, the colour invoked is purple. The red of primary energy driving us in our material life is replaced by the purple of change and wisdom.

Two

This is then followed by the 5 mudras at different chakra points. The mudras release emotional toxins from the lower chakras, balance the male and female energies and unite both in an inner marriage resulting in the YIN YANG state of unity. 

This state of inner male and female unity connects us to the guidance and wisdom of our higher self.

The fifth diamond mudra enable us to hold the energy of the higher self and other cosmic energies contributing to the shift of consciousness now taking place on the Earth.

Three

Simultaneously, we invoke the energy blessing of the numbers from 1 to 9 according to the Lo Shu abundance grid handed to us from ancient feng shui practices.

To summarise, this 3 in 1 one process using the chakras as the support system (1) releases emotional toxins and takes us to the Yin Yang state which in turn connects us to our higher self or atman (2) enables us to hold and maintain the energy of our higher self and other cosmic forces of change (3) connects us to an energy grid of abundance.

After the 3 in 1 practice, we received a message from Tok Hijau who is a guardian of the forest. Tok Hijau asked us to recite the Hooponopono to all political leaders and officials so that there would be a growing awareness of the need to protect the environment.  

During the process I could feel slight raindrops and I thought that it was going to rain. Pathma one of the participants felt a drop on each of her palms and wondered if it could be a blessing.  Fortunately for us, it did not rain and we could continue our sun gazing.

During the sun gazing, Mogesh was inspired to recite a poem dedicated in gratitude to the sun and I received a message that thanks to the poem from Mogesh, we would all receive a blessing. Kiran started to see millions of tiny light spirals from the sun coming towards us.

The benefits of sun gazing:

We then finished after 15 minutes of sun gazing.  Sabina and her father Alex, the founder of the Oasis Nursing Home came over and were introduced to the group. We then headed to the Batu Arang town market and finished the session with a nasi lemak breakfast for the majority.

After that Selvan had arranged a visit to an ashram belonging to Atma Malik in Sungei Cho, Rawang and we visited the place and enjoyed a short meditation there before heading for home.

14/10/2017, 16:51 - Andrew Khaw: Hi there … those who attended ... please provide feedback on this morning's experience and  I will compile in a write up and journal it ... for example our Chandra Mohan had a vision of a golden tulasi where we were sitting.

Kiran saw millions of tiny pointed lights coming from the sun and saw the colours green, purple and red with her eyes closed and during the final mudras saw the divine masculine and feminine in the forms of Shiva and Laxmi. She also saw thousands of tiny diamond lights during the final mudra.

I saw a purple glow around the sun ... Selvan said he is seeing stars until now.  Mohana saw rainbows at different times during the sun gazing and she also saw a giant eye looking back at her.

Note: The tulasi is basil and in Indian herbal lore is the Queen of Herbs. It has many healing properties and is used to clean the air and environment of inappropriate energies.  It could also indicate the presence of a Siddha healer.

14/10/2017, 17:17 - Selvan: When looking inward I saw Maha Meru at my root chakra and dual colour red and green lingam on my crown chakra🙏🙏🙏 but no 4d anywhere near😂😂😂...  (Selvan is joking about 4D which is a set of 4 numbers lottery)

The Maha Meru is the 3D version of the Sri Yantra and in Indian esoteric circles indicate that the masculine and feminine are now balanced

14/10/2017, 23:06 - Sharmila: During meditation, had a vision of a circle or disk with yellow and green dotted circumference (spinning very slowly) and while sun gazing saw a purple pinkish glow around the sun (not a fixed shape) and saw an orb which was golden green/yellowish green. Was tempted to change my mudras than what was being guided by Ms. Mohana.

Comment: Sharmila is beginning to be guided by her higher self to move away from the basic template and form mudras more appropriate for her individual growth.

It was amazing of how many masters and other non-physical beings joined us even before we began our meditation.

Mr. Andrew started  acknowledging *4 Vels on all four directions*, Masters and Tok Gurus of *orang asli people*, *Shambala masters*, ET beings 👽 like Andromedans, Arcturians, Pleiadians, Sirians etc.

Even more amazing the short *sprinkle kind of rain drizzle* started after we finished the Hooponopono 9 sets for Mother Nature upon the request of *Tok Hijau*. 

We took it as *blessings sprinkle from mother nature and Tok Hijau*. That was really amazing.

It was even more amazing after we all received *billions of tiny spiral type orb from the sun towards all of us *after Madam Mogesh had adored the sun with a Tamil poem. Felt very thankful to her😇🙏🏼🌈🌞.

Today I didn’t close my eyes while meditating and noticed purposely the *free flowing hands and body movements of Mr. Andrew and Miss Mohana while she facilitate the meditation. 

It shows why meditation doesn’t have to be any rigid posture and the flow of universal energy is left to course through your body and be guided*. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Today’s meditation was about me appreciating the *presence of wonderful people like all of you* and felt soooooo thankful to Mr. Selva for introducing me to this 💎Light Group just like a father would care for his son's excellence. 🙏🏼😇
