The Rhythm or Ritam of life

Andrew:

This article was written in 2017 and I have added more information to update this blog due to recent experiences that have taken place.  Enjoy the read :-)

Rathna from Ipoh wrote to me:

08/12/2016, 14:25 - Rathna: Hi Andrew, could you please forward to me the oneness healing mail.

08/12/2016, 14:33 - Andrew Khor: No problem 😂👏

08/12/2016, 14:36 - Rathna: 😊🙏

08/12/2016, 14:58 - Andrew Khor: Sent 😂👏

08/12/2016, 15:39 - Rathna: Thank you Andrew🙏🏻😁

08/12/2016, 15:54 - Andrew Khor: You welcome

08/12/2016, 16:24 – Rathna: Oh Andrew! What a coincidence! Just this morning I was thinking about our leader who has been receiving so much of hatred and curses from the citizens.

It’s high time we send him love and forgiveness and there your article came about. God sure works in a miraculous way😂😂😂. The article resonates well with my thoughts.😂😂😂

08/12/2016, 16:24 - Rathna Hp Ipoh: Thanks a million again🙏🏻

08/12/2016, 16:25 - Andrew Khor:  No coincidence. Synchronicity in destiny

08/12/2016, 16:27 - Rathna Hp Ipoh: Yes very true...

Oneness, Meditation and Synchronicity

To add on to what Rathna said, I read on CNN last week about a Jewish lady in her eighties who chose to forgive the Nazis for their actions during the Holocaust.

In the face of insurmountable differences, we are called upon to forgive now or later, those who have abused us.

Eva Kor embraced former Auschwitz guard Oskar Groening 93.

Forgiveness can only begin with a shift of consciousness. I was reading about an American Negro Congressman John Lewis who was last week criticised by Trump when John Lewis  of Georgia said that he would not attend Trump's inauguration this Friday.

Lewis, a veteran of the Civil Rights movement in America said in return that he would never, ever hate. He said to stand up for what you believe in but never hate.

This starts with a personal shift of consciousness. Without a shift in consciousness, we are stuck in the old ways of hatred and we cannot move or progress to a better society. Our unforgiven wounds hold us back.

Similarly, without the shift from an ego perspective to a higher consciousness, meditation practice will not yield positive results and lead to positive synchronicities. For we will still be stuck in the mud of negative outcomes.

Hatred begets Hatred. So John Lewis decided to break the cycle of violence and not hate anyone.

Hating comes from an ego-based consciousness. Forgiveness comes from a higher, unity based consciousness.

Let us look at the Ego consciousness and the Unity or Oneness consciousness

Ego identifies with:

Gender
Race
Religion
Possessions
Career
Rank in Organisation
Social Class
Me Centric – My, my, my personal gratification
Self-Driven/Family Nucleus
Exclusive
Rigid Beliefs

Higher or Unity Consciousness identifies with:

Gender, race or religion as a tool for growth and expansion
Every setback is temporary
Nothing is permanent
Lesson in the struggle
Universal awareness – all are connected
People-centric and Personal Balance
I will sacrifice my time for my family
But I will also spend some "me time"
The larger community is also part of my extended family
Inclusive
Flexible and Open

7 Values-Behaviour-Habits associated with Unity Consciousness:

Love of self and others
Compassion
Forgiveness
Non-judgement
Humility
Flexibility/Creativity
Cooperation and Collaboration

Why is this important to know?

Our entire solar system has transitioned to a place in the universe that is closer to 22 galaxies that are sending DIAMOND Light Codes to everyone on Planet Earth.

These Diamond Light Codes are  (1) Manifestation Codes which will amplify our thoughts and make our internal belief systems materialise faster in our reality (2) Codes that enhance our psychic abilities.

Negative thoughtforms will materialise negative outcomes.

Positive thoughtforms will materialise positive outcomes.

As I now accept that my inside - my overall belief systems - attract my outside - what I am experiencing in my life - known as the Law of Attraction - I am now more conscious that I AM responsible for every outcome in my life

And that I am no longer a victim of circumstances.

It is now important for me to

1. Practice CHOOSING MY THOUGHTS - moment by moment

For all of my life, i have been experiencing DUALITY - Good and "bad".

I have experienced both good and bad in my life, I now know which experience I prefer. I PREFER to experience the good things like - peace, good health, happy relationships, abundance, joy and happiness in all aspects of my life.

I also choose these for everyone in my life regardless of what they choose. For everyone around me is part of my community.

This is my choice.  This is the practice of oneness. As I practice this, i tend to attract more people who are similar to me. This is the Law of Attraction. Like attracts like.

So daily I have to choose my thoughts the way I choose the clothes that I want to wear. This is easier for most women :-)

2. OBSERVING EVENTS ON A DAILY BASIS

Observe events and people

As we begin to daily prefer experiences that are more joyful, abundant and uplifting - we will gradually experience those outcomes -  (I do this every morning after meditation. I say - I prefer..... and visualise the end result ........then I surrender let the universe conspire to bring these things to me and surprise me)

We will also see the opposite - people experiencing what they unconsciously prefer because they feel guilty that they do not deserve "happiness or abundance. Unfortunately, there are many people like that around us.

There are various reasons.  They feel guilty for past things that they have done.  They feel ashamed of themselves for their own personal reasons. Or they lack the confidence and self esteem so they think that they cannot have better and more meaningful lives. Or they think life is all about struggling.

Now that you know that your inside attracts the outside - the trick here is to go into observation mode of yourself, people and events.

By the very nature of the events that take place - uplifting or sad - you will now know the state of people's inside - their internal belief systems both conscious and subconscious.

The thing to do is not to say words like , "Poor thing, he or she is having a tough time." The person has not been exposed to the Universal Laws of Attraction relating to the Inside and Outside.

So for those who are too comfortable with misery or struggle and do not want to change - no matter what you say or advise - we have to go into OBSERVATION MODE.

I observe that this person experiencing this sad events have chosen these experiences

I observe that this "shitty thing' happened.

I observed that I lost my temper and scolded this person. It is ok to lose your temper and scold people or be upset - our family members and close relatives are our toughest challenges.

I observed that our beloved politicians are still up to the same old tricks

I observed that many people are leaving this planet through the Covid 19 experience

I observed that racism in other countries like the USA has reached a flash point. Black Americans are no longer accepting police brutality or killings.

The idea is that going into observation mode - puts you into a situation of neutrality so that you are not emotionally involved and unconsciously choose thoughts that also sabotage yourself.

Tough. Yes.  Difficult.  Yes.  Practice.

These practices lead to what is known as POSITIVE SYNCHRONICITY

When one gradually begins to shift to a higher or unity consciousness and practice the 7 values together with daily meditation, choosing your thoughts and practicing observation and neutrality -  one begins to be in rhythm with the currents of the universe. One begins to experience a positive synchronicity.

What is a positive synchronicity? I looked all over the net for an appropriate explanation. I found it in this article which I have edited and added my comments.

The Science behind Ritam Bhara Pragya

The translation of “ritam” is “rhythm.” Rhythm has a tempo, a beat, a pulse and is alive.
Ritam (rhythm), Bhara (full of), Pragya (mind), in other words means a “mind full of rhythm”. It represents a state of mind where the thought waves are synchronous with the order of the universe.

It is also the state of the mind where the microcosm and macrocosm are in coherence with each other. In other words, it is describing that you the individual (the microcosm) have become one with the universe (macrocosm). This indicates the state of unity and oneness.

It has been said that people who meditate acquire many powers like telepathy, reverse telepathy, spontaneous fulfilment of desires, meaningful coincidences, synchro destiny etc. From where do these powers come?

Our higher consciousness or the soul is the silent state of mind with infinite powers. And this is why gradually achieving the silence between thoughts and lengthening it, is an essential part of meditation practice.

These powers are hidden under the smoke of mind, intellect and ego, which in turn are controlled by the software of action, memory and desires.

The interface between these two layers, the ego consciousness and the higher state of consciousness, is what the “ritam bhara pragya” is. Once you are in this state, the intention becomes powerful, and one starts experiencing spontaneous fulfillment of desires.

In the Tao, this is also known as Wu Wei, the idea of effortless action.  This means that with very little action or effort on your part, like a magnet, your higher conscious mind attracts to you positive situations and outcomes.

This is a true story which took place last month. A friend is now setting up an organisation in Malaysia to support sustainable practices. And he started speaking to people who could be interested to support the venture.

Coincidentally that week there was a regional conference on sustainability in Kuala Lumpur. He was then invited to attend that conference to meet one of the participants who would be an important contact.  The attendance fee for the conference was Rgt4000. He did not have the money.

A few days before the conference started, the friend who asked him to attend the conference to meet the contact, had to leave town for another business meeting and this friend offered him his ticket to attend the conference.

My friend attended the conference and met many important contacts  – all focused on helping the environment with sustainable practices.

This is Wu Wei or Ritambhara pragya in action.

Through the regular practice of Meditation, the infinite creativity and perfect orderliness of the unified field or universal consciousness described by western minds like Albert Einstein becomes increasingly present in our daily activity. And Wu Wei or Ritambhara pragya eventually becomes a way of life.

These are the positive or ‘meaningful coincidences’ which tell us that we are on the right track, uplift our lives with its pleasant surprises and reflects the synchronicity of our destiny.

However we have to shift our perspective from our ego to a higher oneness consciousness, practice the 7 values of behavior as indicated, and then life begins to flow ”effortlessly” as one is in rhythm with the coherence of the universe.

Wu wei or ritambhara pragya anyone? I am now waiting for someone to offer me free air tickets for a family vacation in New Zealand during springtime once the lockdown is over. I want my experience to be completely effortless! :-)

We thank Rathna, Eva Kor and Congressman John Lewis for initiating the ritam within us.

Wasabi Breathing

We had a group in on Saturday 14th at 11am, 2017 and we decided to put into practice the oneness principles in the form of a structured module.

The idea is that the first module prepares the participants for the second module. The second module prepares for the third module. And so on and so forth. The structure of the modules then supports the process in a holistic manner.

Module One – Deep breathing and breath retention for relaxation

We got the group to first practice deep breathing from the abdomen. The whole idea of deep breathing from the abdomen is to bring in more oxygen into the body so that people start becoming more relaxed.

Normally we all take in shallow breaths from the upper parts of the lungs and we are not sufficiently oxygenised.  By doing deep breathing – starting from the abdomen which is practiced by singers, we begin to take in more oxygen and fill in the lungs.

As we do this for a few minutes, the idea is to get people more relaxed and also more focused. Once people start focusing on the breath, thoughts automatically and gradually go away.

After a few minutes, we started practicing breath retention. The idea is to breathe in deeply, then hold the breath for a number of seconds, and then breathe out.  In pranayama or deep breathing practice, there are patterns of counts in inhaling, holding the breath and then exhaling.

Certain people that I know can hold the breath for two minutes after lots of practice and they tell me that they experience bliss.  And from what I have read in the literature on deep breathing practice, this appears to be the case.

As we continue this practice, people generally can and will be able to feel energy flowing throughout their entire body.  The textbooks say we have many miles of meridians carrying energy throughout the body.

Acupuncture is one method to restore the energy when we are not well. If we practice deep breathing consistently, we are performing a natural form of acupuncture.By the end of this session, people are sufficiently relaxed and prepared to continue with the next module.

In the interpretation of oneness principles, breathing in is merging the outside with the inside. Breathing out is merging the inside with the outside.

Holding the breath is merging the outside and inside – in other words, experiencing oneness .  That’s why when breath retention is practiced consistently, people go into blissful states.

As the Visa MasterCard commercial says, it’s priceless. Bliss is an experience that has no substitute. At that very moment, you are one with everything. The more often one experiences blissful states, the more one can transfer those benefits to our daily conscious living.

Module Two – Feminine and Masculine Balancing and Integration

The idea is that once people are sufficiently relaxed with the deep breathing and breath retention, the mind slows down, people start feeling lighter and calmer. They are prepared for the next step.

We proceeded to guide the group of ten with the four hand mudras or movements. Each is done for two minutes.  Once people are more familiar with this practice, intuitively, they will increase the time spent on each hand movement.

These four hand movements can be seen in the Post entitled "Masculine and Feminine = One

The first hand movement releases all kinds of emotional gunk from the lower energy centers. That means letting go anger, frustration, shame, humiliation, sadness and any unnamed emotional crap that we have experienced and suppressed.

The energy body is similar to a battery. There is a positive (+) and there is a negative (-). Both must be balanced and in harmony for the physical body to stay healthy. When the energy body is out of balance, that’s when people start falling sick. This is the concept of Yin and Yang.

The second hand movement regulates the presence of feminine energy in the left ( -) current. If there is excess energy, it is released. If there is insufficient and more is required, then more energy is taken into the left current.

We find that ladies generally who are caregivers or who have a giving nature, are generally depleted or have less energy in the left current. So they need energy replenishment.

Energy depletion on the left current is a serious issue as eventually that could lead to a stressful heart and strokes may be the result.

We then move on to the third movement. We practice the hand movement for regulating the energy on the right current which is the masculine channel.

We have discovered that there are ladies who have more masculine energy and during this exercise, excess masculine energy is released.  These ladies are normally gung ho Type A ladies who are more competitive or ambitious than the male species.

Our observation is that lady CEOs tend to have a need to be more competitive than normal to compete with male CEOs. While they need the adrenaline, the excess male energy when it is continually present puts them out of balance.

They can become abrasive and over aggressive. They can get the job done but they lose their femininity along the way. The idea is to be confident, ambitious and still be a lady.

Collectively, there is already too much aggressive male energy on the planet whether it is coming from males or over aggressive females.  This gets worse when women are forced to become soldiers and fight in wars in the guise of patriotism.

The first step removes our emotional garbage. The second and third movement regulates the feminine and masculine. The fourth step balances and integrates the masculine and feminine so that the middle channel is activated, and the spiritual life force is gently released.

The energy rises gently to the brain and energises dormant parts of the brain and eventually one’s inner wisdom and intuition are gradually awakened.

We then move on the fourth hand movement. We asked for feedback from the participants. Two participants gave interesting feedback.  One lady had visions of a rainbow and a bright light. We can relate this to the rainbow body practice of Tibetan Buddhists.

A beautiful rainbow captured by my friend Suriza when we visited Machu Picchu in 2011

The idea is that when the rainbow is seen, then one knows that the practice is working because this means that the major energy centers in the body are balanced. The seven major energy centers of the subtle energy body reflect the seven colours of the rainbow.

The other participant, an Indian male, had a vision of a gold aura and saw the swastika symbol.  Gold in the aura represents ancient wisdom from past lives returning to his present moment.

This means that intuitively this participant will access knowledge from previous lifetimes that he has mastered and he will introduce it in this lifetime.

The swastika is found in ancient Hindu temples in India and Buddhist temples in Tibet and China. It was present in their spiritual practices thousands of years ago before it was taken by the Nazis of Germany and adapted for their own purposes.

In the Hindu spiritual tradition, it is supposed to represent Dharma (natural order), Artha (wealth), Kama (desire), and Moksha (liberation).

Since we are all different and unique in our own way, each participant will have his or her own unique experience during the masculine and feminine balancing module.

Note:
The more people practice the yin yang balance in their lives, the more this balance will spread to the earth herself.

From various sources we are told that the foundation of the world is not strong. The world is not right. There is distortion due to the ill-treatment of the feminine energy. If that is not corrected the balance of energy on the planet cannot be right.

The earth is also a yin yang energy battery. There has to be balance and harmony. The planet is severely affected by the aggressive male energy present on the planet today.  There is a lack of harmony and balance between the feminine and masculine polarity.

When we are out of balance, we will automatically fall sick. When the earth is out of balance, natural disasters will occur. Balance must be achieved within human beings. Or else natural disasters and human disasters cannot be contained.

There is no other way to resolve these problems  - creating a balance between the masculine and feminine is necessary for inner peace and eventually world harmony to prevail. With inner peace comes a natural intelligence that guides us. We need to stop exploiting the natural resources of the planet and start sustainability practices.

Module Three – Thoughtless Meditation

After the second module, participants are supposed to be balanced energetically, the yin and yang in harmony and are more relaxed and calmer.

This is now the appropriate time to practice thoughtless meditation.  In thoughtless meditation, the idea is to gently seek the silence between the thoughts and lengthen the time of silence between each thought.

In this process, the participant is urged not to suppress any thought. When any thought comes, the thought is allowed to come to the mental screen and allowed then to naturally depart. Then another thought comes and the process is repeated.

However because of the practice of Modules One and Two, the thoughts are now slower and one can then discern the silence or gap between the thoughts and gently lengthen that gap.

With sufficient practice, one can lengthen that gap from a few seconds to ten seconds before the next thought.  Then lengthen the gap to 30 seconds before the next thought. Then lengthen the gap to 60 seconds before the next thought.

Through continuous practice, that gap can be lengthened to three minutes, then five minutes then ten minutes and so forth until one can sit in thoughtless meditation for 30 minutes – which is quite an achievement.

The participant will shift from a conscious state to an altered deeply relaxed state that is thoughtless and this is the time, the brain waves slow down and the body rests and rejuvenates itself and absorbs more life-force.

This life-force can then be used and directed for positive purposes. We will share this in other Modules.

We then closed with a practice to bring our energies back to the body. With both hands we brought the energy back to the base located at the root chakra seven times and tied the three channels. Otherwise people may feel spacey the rest of the day.

If there is still too much energy, then we practice the qi gong method of releasing excess energy - we repeatedly tap the head with the fingers and then gently slap the rest of the body.

I remember many years ago when I was teaching a class on kundalini awakening. I forgot to close with this method. A few days later I received feedback that one of the participants had so much energy - he couldn't sleep the whole night!

The reason why the title of this article is “Wasabi” Breathing comes from a comment of one of the participants. From his comment we can only conclude that he has a breathing problem which is caused by a blocked nose.

After the practice on Saturday, he wrote and commented on the Whatsapp Group. “A million thanks for an awesome session last Saturday. Great experience and (I) shall practice religiously. This morning had a wonderful sitting…my nose was opened. Oh what a feeling. It was like eating wasabi coz nose opened up.”

Wasabi is a form of Japanese horseradish that is used as a condiment and has an extremely strong pungency. It normally produces vapours that stimulate the nasal passages.

So for people with breathing problems or blocked noses, simple and easy-to-do deep breathing and retention practices do obviously help.

Oneness and Empaths

One of the clues about the growing awareness of oneness is the extreme experience of empaths. Empaths are highly sensitive people who pick up on emotions and feelings from others.

One of the most important things any empath can do is to learn to differentiate their emotions from those of others.

Some of us have to really focus and concentrate on a person or a place to pick up the feelings of that person or place.  Empaths do it naturally without any effort.

So empaths have to be really aware of their own feelings and emotions and then acknowledge, okay, this is who I am and this is what I feel.  And then when another set of feelings or emotions hit them when they are thinking of someone or someplace, they will know that those feelings are NOT theirs.

The key is, who or what are they thinking of, when a different set of emotions like sadness or depression or pain is experienced.  If they are not having these issues, then it is more than likely the person or place they are thinking about.

Sometimes I can “see’ or “feel” a person in my mind.  These come at odd times when I am not thinking of anyone. I “know” then that this person who I see, is thinking of me.

But since I am not an empath, I don’t feel that person’s emotions. But I know that person is thinking of me.  And sometimes I do get guidance on what that person is thinking of.

What I would tell the empath is, if they get visions of a person and experience that person’s emotions, they should just go into a neutral mode and say, I am watching them like watching a movie, so I am neutral.

With practice, and by switching consciousness from participant to observer mode, gradually the more “heavy duty” emotions should go away.

In my early days I would get literally pain in different parts of my body when I encountered people who were not well. Nowadays I am more detached so it doesn’t happen anymore.

I remember driving on roads where accidents had occurred. I would experience pain like a sharp nail poking my toes. These events have stopped happening to me.

Let me relate a real life situation in Malaysia about my experience with a highly sensitive person.

Shan is only 15 years old and is a highly sensitive person and for quite some time she has been experiencing severe headaches, pain in her feet, and an inability to concentrate in school.  The last issue has been disturbing the parents and her school teachers.

You see, highly sensitive people pick up thought-forms from people and their surroundings.  If people are happy and cheerful, then highly sensitive people will pick up on these emotions and feel happy and cheerful.

However if these thought-forms are unhappy and stressful, then highly sensitive people will feel unhappy and stressed.  In extreme situations, if they encounter confused people, they will actually feel confused as well.

Imagine if you’re an extremely sensitive person and you’re standing next to a mad man.  You will start feeling mad yourself as mad thoughts start running through your head.

If any of you remember the old Star Trek TV series, there is one lady officer who is an empath - empath meaning sensitive to other people’s emotional states.  By tuning into other people’s emotions, the empath can find out what other people are feeling and thinking.

So how does this work out.

For example, if a highly sensitive person goes to a hospital, more often than not that person will start feeling sick.  If they are in front of a sick patient, they will experience the feelings and emotions of that sick person.

Shopping complexes with all their noise and buzz will give highly sensitive people headaches and confusion.  Funerals and graveyards?  Well, what do you think?

Highly sensitive people need to either be alone or be surrounded by happy and cheerful people. Then they will be able to cope with their sensitivity.

Shan a highly sensitive person was at a school in Kuala Lumpur where hundreds of students were about to have their exams.  She said the stress and tension was unbearable.  She started having a severe headache and she had to move away quickly.

So emotions and feelings become very tangible to highly sensitive people.
The issue for highly sensitive people is to learn to differentiate between their personal feelings and the feelings of others who are in their personal space.

By learning to separate his or her own emotions from others, that person will know that the aggression or confusion does not originate from them.  This is very crucial to know.

Oh that confusion or aggression does not come from me, It comes from the person standing next to me.”  This is very important to remember.

This situation can happen anywhere and worsens in public places at high density mass transport systems like LRTS, MRTS, Train stations, shopping complexes, colleges, schools.  Anywhere where there are lots and lots of people.

Unfortunately most of the human race is walking around carrying all their emotional garbage with them. And highly sensitive people pick up on these emotions!

So, high sensitivity is an issue that has bewildered many psychologists and psychiatrists who have no idea about the energy issues facing highly sensitive persons - unless their training includes energy medicine.

It is not their fault since they have not encountered these issues before.  And all they can do is to counsel the patients based on their training and prescribe some medication.

Let me explain how we have come about helping highly sensitive people.

Shan is 15 years old and is sitting for her exams.  In the past whenever she sits for exams, she will be paralysed by fear and no matter how well she has prepared for her exams, she finds it hard to answer the questions.

Shan says she cannot concentrate or focus during her exams and that is why she finds it difficult to answer the questions.

In the past few months, her parents and teachers have been concerned about her school results as Shan is a bright and intelligent girl.  Yet she is not doing well in her school tests and exams.

In Malaysia parents and teachers want their students to do well and scores of B’s and C’s are not encouraged.  Only A’s are acceptable and unfortunately that is the way it is in our current system.

Shan is so sensitive that most days she comes home with headaches and sometimes pain in her feet.

So how do we help Shan? We had a request from the mother to take a look at her while she sits for her exams.

So we decided that with the help of a clairvoyant we should be able to find out what is going on.  This is happening in real time.

Day One
At the exact time that Shan is sitting for her exam, the clairvoyant takes a look at her.

Clairvoyant:

I can see Shan seated in the school hall with many other students.  And Shan’s head is surrounded by a thick black cloud.

Note: The black clouds are collecting around her head and they come from all the stress and tension of the other school children taking the exam.

We all know that every student feels stressed during an exam.  So if there are 200 students taking an exam with Shan, their emotions of stress and tension begin to flow towards Shan and surround her.  She is like a lightning rod collecting all the negative thought-forms from the hall.

It is very likely that her own stress is acting like a magnet to attract all these thought-forms but how do we advise Shan not to be stressed when almost every student sitting for an exam experiences the same stressful situation?

On that very day, we decide to look at crystal therapy for Shan.

We have been doing some research on the best way to help Shan and after trying various methods we feel that we need a holistic solution and include more than one therapy. We are now going to experiment with black quartz tourmaline crystals.

In the crystal literature, black tourmaline has been used for hundreds of years to repel any kind of negative thought-forms and creates an energy shield around that person.

The quartz black tourmaline comes as pendants that one can wear around the neck or as a necklace. The source of our black tourmaline does not have necklaces so we have to get pendants instead.

The clairvoyant and I check on the number of black tourmalines that Shan requires and on investigation we get that Shan needs 6 black tourmalines and 2 amethysts.  Amethysts are known to provide the wearer with calmness and are known as crystals for tranquillity.

We also check for Shan’s mother and we find out that she needs 3 black tourmaline pendants and one amethyst.

For the clairvoyant’s daughter and we find out that she needs 4 black tourmalines and one amethyst.
On that day I purchase the crystals and pass them on to Shan and her mother after cleansing them and programming them for protection.

Day 2
Shan goes to school wearing the 6 black tourmalines and 2 amethysts. We do a real time check on her aura.

Clairvoyant:
I can see Shan in the school hall.  There is a layer of very bright white light around her that is around 15 inches to 16 inches thick.  And around that bright white shield is a lot of darkness, but the dark clouds are not able to penetrate the bright white shield.

I can see her writing and answering her questions. She appears to be more confident and doesn’t look confused.

Day 3
The clairvoyant and I decide to take a look at the mother who is teaching at a university.  The mother frequently experiences migraines at the university.  She is wearing the 3 black tourmalines and on that day she forgets to wear the amethyst.

She says that on the first day, she felt quite good but on the second day, she felt a bit blur.  So was that because she was wearing too many black tourmalines?  Was she experiencing an overdose of energy?  I decided to conduct an experiment to energetically remove one black tourmaline.

Clairvoyant:
I can see the mother.  She is feeling slightly tense.  But there is a shield of bright white light that is 12 inches around her.  Around her there is one and a half feet of darkness and two feet of grey energy.

Note:  The darkness and grey negative thought-forms of people around her at the university.
I energetically removed one of the black tourmalines and leave her with two.

As I gave that intention, the clairvoyant said that the shield suddenly started getting thinner and streams of darkness began to penetrate the shield and goes into her aura.

Immediately I stopped my intention to energetically remove the black tourmaline and returned it into her aura.

Clairvoyant:
Andrew, the shield is getting thicker again and the streams of darkness are being repelled. But she is still feeling tense.

I said okay and decided to energetically place an amethyst – the crystal for tranquillity and a blue crystal into her aura.

Clairvoyant:
The mother is now feeling calmer and more relaxed.

I had to tell the mother to remember to use the amethyst and she could also wear the blue labradorite crystal if she wanted to.  Both promote calmness and tranquillity.

I also find that green ammonite is good at protecting your aura but the downside is that green ammonite is heaty and makes you thirsty so you are gulping water quite often.

Labradorite is a blue quartz crystal that helps people who teach or communicate.  It encourages them to be relaxed while speaking and also to express themselves well and speak with authority
So mission accomplished.

The big picture for highly sensitive people is that we are all one.  If I can feel your pain on my body, then I will learn not to inflict pain on others and start treating people with love and compassion – because I now know what pain feels like. And I will not willingly inflict pain on others.

The answer is quite obvious then, we have to learn to live in this world, loving more, forgiving more and hurting less.

So are you a highly sensitive person or do you know of any sensitive persons, they can be helped.
Crystal therapy is not the only method that can help and I am sure that there are others.

Crystal therapy can be used with aura soma therapy (dark red pomander) and aromatherapy or essential oils like frankincense.

As a total solution, they work well in treating highly sensitive people.

I spoke to Shan and asked her how she felt in school.  The exams will carry on for the next two weeks.  She said she felt much better and could concentrate on answering the questions.

If you read the crystal literature, hematite, which is a form of natural magnet is recommended for those who do maths.  Apparently hematite helps to improve brain function. I think I need it more!

This write-up is based on my own personal experience and gratitude is expressed to the clairvoyant and others who have allowed us to share this.

Dr. Elaine Aron is one of the few medical professionals treating patients who are highly sensitive. She has authored a book about her experiences.
