The Steps to Oneness Healing

Someone asked me how to prepare for Oneness Healing.

People who are reading this, please note that what is written here in this article is NOT from Sri Aurobindo but from my own perception and interpretation of his work as well as working with clairvoyants.

This is to avoid any legal claims from the administrators of Sri Aurobindo’s estate that we are contravening his work. The fact is, we are inspired by his legacy.

Now, having stated clearly this disclaimer, let us proceed.

One has to prepare to be strong mentally and emotionally and see oneself – differently. And that means to go from an ego “I” state to a “we” oneness state, meaning in this situation, what is best for us instead of being what is best for me.  And that is how, everyone can benefit.

IF you live alone on an island and there is nobody else, all the coconut trees with all its nuts belong to you and you don't need to share it with anyone.  They're all yours. But if you share that island with many others, then there is a need to share those coconuts with everyone else in a fair manner. So that everyone is happy.

If we use that simple analogy for the planet today, we will find that - that isn't the case. You will find that corporations and certain individuals own most of the wealth on earth through a system that has gone out of control.

The economic goals of supply and demand have been overtaken by a ruthless desire for ever increasing profit.  Billions in profit appearing as digital figures in banks all over the globe are sitting there earning interest - satisfying its owners while famines and wars wipe out parts of the human population.

In earlier days, cartoonists used to draw rich people counting their money. I wonder, do these people now look at the computer screen and drool at the number of zeroes in their bank account?

Insane but normal? How did we lose the plot? Let us look at the Ego consciousness and the Unity or Oneness consciousness

Ego identifies with:
Gender
Race
Religion
Possessions
Career
Rank in Organisation
Social Class
Me Centric – My, my, my personal gratification
Self-Driven/Family Nucleus
Exclusive
Rigid Beliefs

Unity Consciousness identifies with:
Gender, race or religion as a tool for growth and expansion
Every setback is temporary
Nothing is permanent
Lesson in the struggle
Universal awareness – all are connected
People Centric and Personal Balance
The community is my family
Inclusive
Flexible and Open

7 Values-Behaviour-Habits associated with Unity Consciousness:

Love of self and others
Compassion
Forgiveness
Non-judgement
Humility
Flexibility/Creativity
Cooperation and
Collaboration

The late Nelson Mandela was fond of telling people about Ubuntu, a South African word meaning “help each other”.  Everybody wins or everybody benefits in a situation. Conflict often takes place when someone is left out of the equation. Or when the cake is unevenly shared. That’s how grudges and conflicts begin.

Most indigenous communities live by sharing goods and contributing to services for everybody’s wellbeing.

Set aside what the “I” wants

So when we give up wanting or controlling the end result for our own benefit – that’s when the oneness healing can take place. And this healing miracle, if it can be called that, is always the result that is for the highest good of all.

Often enough, we don’t know enough about a situation, any situation in fact, and we want a specific end result.  Miracles don’t work that way.  A miracle is always the best outcome in any situation regardless of what you and I want.

Less emotional – calmer

The second thing is we have worked on leaving behind all emotional issues.  We have to let go of:

Grievances
Emotional hurts
Inability to forgive oneself and others
Desire for revenge
Worries
Fears
Judgement about others – good or bad

If we have lots of emotional issues – sadness, anger, grudges, it means we don’t have inner peace, well, it’s going to be difficult to practice ONENESS because, our total physical, mental and emotional vehicle will be out of balance.

It is good to have had some kind of meditation or peace practice.  Meaning, through meditation practice, Reiki using the sei hei ki symbol, breathing, prayers or mantras, we are a bit calmer, more centered and more peaceful.

Use the relaxation technique which is suitable for you.

In Buddhism, there is a practice known as having a mind that is one-pointed. Less inner chatter, more an observer of what is happening in the world.

The best time to do this oneness healing manifestation is often early in the morning.  Try and keep to the same time, if you can.  If you can’t, just go with the flow. You can also practice this at night before you sleep.

The idea is to practice on a daily basis.  The more you practice, the better you get.
Let’s just say, you are exercising your oneness healing “muscle”.

What to say, how do you ask for this oneness healing or so called miracle?

Aurobindo gave us clues in his writings about how to ask for a miracle from oneness.
He said, first, the inside and the outside must become one.

The inside is your heart centre.  Your heart centre is the source of oneness, unity, love and compassion. “Here” for want of a better word resides your Source energy.

I am going to avoid calling it God energy as there are various interpretations of God in different religions.  We refer to the One Source of everything – where every religion is united in saying – God is where we all come from. Only “my” name for God is Allah, Shiva, Yahweh, Jesus etc – So we want to avoid any unnecessary conflict in meaning.

The outside. The outside is everyone else outside of us. And most people we know are often involved in conflict, contradictions or living in duality. People we know can sometimes be good or depending on the circumstances, can sometimes be bad.  This is called duality. And all of us are both good and bad at different times.

Let us use an example, for instance, we believe that the leader of a certain place is bad or evil. And we may feel that there is nothing good about him in any way.  We may think that we are powerless because the leader has the police, judiciary and many politicians in his pocket.

It is said in the Hindu scriptures that we are in the Kali Yuga and they believe that this is the time when leaders of nations take on negative roles to awaken the spiritual consciousness of spiritual adherents.

So what can we do?

Based on the clues left behind by Aurobindo this is an example.

For leaders of the nation

After your meditation of prayers or practice for calmness and peace, or breathing practices, you feel relatively calm and at peace.

Do these prayers with the Yin Yang Mudra. The Yin Yang mudra connects you energetically to the state of ONENESS. It balances and integrates the feminine and masculine currents of the subtle energy body so that eventually wholeness or oneness energy is established.

The three fingers in the back on both hands connect at the tips. The index and thumb from each palm form a circle. The right thumb and index joins with the left thumb and index circle forming a link between the two circles.

You sit comfortably and say:

We embrace …. (Name of leader) in our heart center. (The inside and outside has become one)

We refers to the Collective or Oneness
When the inside and outside becomes one – there are certain blessings

First the concept ... we accept the contradictions and duality of everyone outside our self ... and we embrace all that within ourselves ... that means suspending judgement and practicing unconditional acceptance of everyone ... when we do that the external and our internal becomes one ... that's how oneness from within begins.

What are the practical applications of that oneness?  Firstly karma goes out the window ... and our life path becomes smoother ...because the cause and effect is now love and acceptance.

Secondly ... time and space no longer exists because in oneness there is no longer any separation ... so when there is no separation ... any sincere healing request or desire takes place instantly ... these are described as miracles

Thirdly when we as individuals act out of ego … we experience a limited result as our ego represents our limited identity ... male or female...career … business person .. housewife etc... when we act out of oneness …there are no limitations and out of that oneness identity … infinite possibilities appear to us ...and when we pray for the best outcome … the most appropriate outcome....takes place...

That means our ego expectations can be laid to rest and the outcome that is the best under the circumstances take place.  The individual ego is no longer in charge ... Source energy has taken over.

We embrace his duality, his contradictions and his conflicts in our heart centre.
From this space of sacredness, oneness, unity, love and compassion, we now invoke a healing miracle for ……..

(Now, this means, that you the ego are not responsible for this miracle – it is the Source energy which knows best that is responsible for this miracle.)

We now invite infinite possibilities to intervene with this person for the highest good of all people in this nation now.
And so it is.

And so it is means, you consider that Source energy has taken this issue and is now working on the miracle and you surrender the outcome because you know that Source will only do what is best under the circumstances for everyone.

YOU are no longer responsible. You have handed the situation over to a higher source within you for the best outcome.

For leaders of a nation

We embrace …. (Name of leader) in our heart center.

We embrace his duality, his contradictions and his conflicts in our heart centre.

From this space of sacredness, oneness, unity, love and compassion, we now invoke a healing miracle for ……..

We now invite infinite possibilities to intervene with this person for the highest good of all people in this nation now.

And so it is.

For someone who is sick

We embrace  …… in our heart center.

We embrace his/her duality, conflicts and contradictions in our heart center.

From this space of sacredness, oneness, unity, love and compassion, we now invoke a healing miracle for ……..

We now invite infinite possibilities to intervene with this person for his/her highest good now.

And so it is.

For someone/people who are troubling you/causing you distress/causing problems/relationship issue

We embrace  …… in our heart center.

We embrace his/her duality, conflicts and contradictions in our heart center.

From this space of sacredness, oneness, unity, love and compassion, we now invoke a healing miracle for ……..

We now invite infinite possibilities to intervene with this person/people for everyone’s highest good now.

And so it is.

For a person in financial distress – you can also include yourself

We embrace ……… in our heart center.

We embrace his/her financial lack, conflicts and contradictions in our heart center.

From this space of sacredness, oneness, unity, love and compassion, we now invoke a healing miracle for ……..

We now invite infinite possibilities to intervene with this person and manifest financial abundance for his/her highest good now.

And so it is.

So that is the practice of ONENESS Healing. Now, don’t take my word for it. If you want to make a difference in this world, and you want to make positive changes, then try this practice and be patient.

The outcome is in far better hands and from a perspective that sees many lifetimes and not just one.

You are encouraged to practice this daily and then surrender the outcome. Have faith, patience and practice…. Then allow the universe to surprise you.

Someone asked me, “is it all right to embrace all these things that we don’t like in our heart centre? Isn’t it taking negative energy into ourselves?

I replied, “the heart centre is the SOURCE of loving creation, or for want of a better term, what we call GOD energy.  I personally don’t think the SOURCE of all creation is judgemental or fearful in any way of its creations' creations.  The frequency of love changes everything.  Therein lies the miracle.
