Early morning healing with marijuana energy

Andrew:

We have been experimenting more and more with the energy of marijuana healing.  This morning we were approached by a friend for some healing therapy.

She has gone to see the doctor for medical treatment and is on medication for her ailment.

However this morning she woke up with some pain and asked for some assistance.  So a reminder is that what we do is complementary and we always recommend that people should seek qualified medical professionals for assistance first before seeing us for therapy.

The doctor’s advice and medication together with complementary therapy is the way forward for many medical situations.

28/01/2018, 06:09 – Janet: Awake since 3.30am. Couldn’t sleep..

28/01/2018, 06:10 - Andrew Khaw: Is it? What’s up?

28/01/2018, 06:10 - Janet: My ankles are swollen and the nodules are very painful.

28/01/2018, 06:11 - Andrew Khaw: Oh my ... have you got my rainbow energy card? Are you sleeping with it?

28/01/2018, 06:12 - Janet: Yes

28/01/2018, 06:12 - Janet: And also having pain on the left back of my head.

28/01/2018, 06:12 - Andrew Khaw: Ok. Can work with you now on whatsapp ...

28/01/2018, 06:13 - Andrew Khaw: Sei hei ki 500 000 x … just say I receive and take a deep breath. Need you to be relaxed to be receptive to the healing energy.

28/01/2018, 06:13 - Andrew Khaw: Type I receive on whatsapp

28/01/2018, 06:14 - Janet: I receive with gratitude  🏽

28/01/2018, 06:14 - Andrew Khaw: Ok...take a deep breath … I will wait two minutes for you to relax ... just type I am relaxed ...

28/01/2018, 06:17 - Janet: I am relaxed

28/01/2018, 06:18 - Andrew Khaw: Marijuana 15 leaves .. say I receive ..
Then take a deep breath and relax … and feel where the energy goes

28/01/2018, 06:21 - Janet: I think it is felt in my whole body

28/01/2018, 06:22 - Andrew Khaw: Ok. Now pay attention ... it will start going to different places in your body ...

28/01/2018, 06:22 - Janet: Ok

28/01/2018, 06:24 - Janet: I think it is in my heart

28/01/2018, 06:25 - Andrew Khaw: Ok ... focus on heart ... tell what is happening.

28/01/2018, 06:26 - Janet: Feel light...

28/01/2018, 06:26 - Janet: Relaxed

28/01/2018, 06:27 - Andrew Khaw: Ok…once you feel light and relaxed ... now just say ... marijuana ..i want to feel what you are doing to my kidneys .. focus there

28/01/2018, 06:28 - Janet: Ok

28/01/2018, 06:31 - Janet: It just feels nice   healing ...

28/01/2018, 06:34 - Janet: Numb...

28/01/2018, 06:35 - Andrew Khaw: Numb where?

28/01/2018, 06:35 - Janet: Kidney

28/01/2018, 06:37 - Andrew Khaw: Ok...the numbness means it is full of energy and doing its work. Now focus your attention on your leg ...tell me what’s going on there?

28/01/2018, 06:38 - Janet: Ok

28/01/2018, 06:40 - Janet: Slight warmth and less pain.

28/01/2018, 06:41 - Andrew Khaw: Ok. Keep on focusing.

28/01/2018, 06:44 - Andrew Khaw: Tell me what is going on.

28/01/2018, 06:49 - Janet: Feel relaxed.. and some vibration on legs... especially near ankles.

28/01/2018, 06:49 - Janet: …and foot

28/01/2018, 06:50 - Andrew Khaw: Ok… any more pain on your feet or any part of your body?

28/01/2018, 06:52 - Janet:  Feel pain on left side hip area and my calf…

28/01/2018, 06:53 - Andrew Khaw: Ok...say marijuana leaves … please go to my calf and heal them now ...and see green yellow colours around your calf... (green and yellow represents the healing energy of marijuana)

28/01/2018, 06:53 - Andrew Khaw: ..and left side of hip

28/01/2018, 06:53 - Janet: Ok

28/01/2018, 06:59 - Andrew Khaw: Feedback?

28/01/2018, 07:00 - Andrew Khaw: When you say healing …  what do you feel ... explain

28/01/2018, 07:00 - Janet: I feel it getting better...

28/01/2018, 07:00 - Andrew Khaw: ... explain … feeling better is too general. Need details… pain less .. etc

28/01/2018, 07:01 - Janet: Pain much reduced… less than before.

28/01/2018, 07:02 - Janet: Pain at hips no more.

28/01/2018, 07:02 - Andrew Khaw: Ok. Good ... appreciate the feedback.

28/01/2018, 07:03 - Andrew Khaw: So can you give yourself 15 marijuana leaves every night before you sleep?

28/01/2018, 07:03 - Janet: I think so... can

28/01/2018, 07:04 - Andrew Khaw: You have been initiated in reiki ... so you can use the reiki symbol sei hei ki for yourself ...and begin the marijuana healing

28/01/2018, 07:05 - Janet: Ok andrew. Thank you very much

28/01/2018, 07:05 - Janet: Will do that every night..

28/01/2018, 07:05 - Andrew Khaw: Or you can use deep breathing exercise for a few minutes to relax and then give yourself marijuana leaf energy

28/01/2018, 07:06 - Janet: Ok I will

28/01/2018, 07:06 - Andrew Khaw: See which works best for you

28/01/2018, 07:06 - Janet: Ok. Thank you 😊🙏🏽

28/01/2018, 07:08 - Janet: Really appreciate it andrew…

28/01/2018, 07:08 - Janet: Thx

28/01/2018, 07:09 - Andrew Khaw: Ubantu.

Note: People are always advised to seek qualified medical help before asking for complementary therapy like Reiki.

People requesting for energy healing like marijuana healing have to be:

Open to the idea or else their personal belief systems will block the incoming energies.

Use deep breathing exercises to get into a relaxed state. Or use relaxation Reiki symbols like Sei Hei Ki if they have been initiated….or any other form of relaxation method they are comfortable with.

Use their imagination to see the leaves going to their bodies

Then observe the results. Like all energy therapies, practice is required.

Due to Janet’s situation my own intuition is to start with 15 leaves. Normally we will work with the energy of lesser leaves and increase as we go along.  Practice and experience will help people determine the energy required.

Every person is different and the energy practitioner has to use his/her experience to determine the effect.

This can only be done when a person is resting or just before sleeping and should NOT be practiced if the person needs to be alert or is driving.

Healing with Marijuana Energy

Andrew:

For many years now, we have been working with the energy of plants, flowers and herbs.

I remember the first time at a healing center in 2010, I received a message to send the healing energy of flowers to a group of participants.

I told the group of 20 people that I was going to conduct an experiment by sending them the healing energy of flowers and I explained about the healing essences of flowers. But this time we were just going to send them the energy.

They had to open their minds to accept and believe that they could receive the healing energy and not the "real" flower. The group agreed to the experiment.  After making the group relaxed, we invoked the healing energy of flowers to the group.

After a short while we returned the group to full body consciousness and asked for some feedback. Well for a first time experiment, the results were not too bad.  Half the group could smell the flowers, the other half did not.

Since then, we have been working with psychics and other healers by invoking the energy of different elements from nature.  And it is good to work with psychics as they can see what is happening.

When Magdalena the Rumanian psychic was in KL, we tried working with this simple technique of sending energies of plants etc to individuals. And we kept on refining the idea and practicing until we could send the energy of any plant, flower or herb to anyone.

And we did the practice with the group of healers over here.

Lately as we all know, marijuana or cannabis has been in the news. In America, medical marijuana is available in certain states.

So we decided to revisit the idea of sending the marijuana energy to people and have a few trials to see the outcome.

There are certain conditions:  The recipients must be open to the idea and believe that such a technique can work.  Whether it's thanks to their imagination or to the actual transmission of the energy.  Both are necessary for the process to work.

I remember an old presentation technique.  The presenter will ask people to imagine that they are biting into a lemon.  Most people can actually taste the lemon going down their throats.

So recently we decided to revisit this technique with a volunteer and get psychics to see what is going on.  This is the experiment that was conducted on the 16th of January 2018.

TM is the person receiving the Marijuana energy. She has a lump on her chest.

The healing session is conducted over Whatsapp. From our experience, energy travels immediately with intention no matter what communication device we are using.

16/01/2018, 22.58 – Andrew:  OK let’s call it a night.  Thank you all. Ubantu.

The salt and lime etc are used energetically to cleanse our energy fields. In all cases of healing energetically, there is always an energy exchange. So the salt and lime is also used energetically to remove any inapproriate energy released from TM.

In most cases, the psychic will see black smoke leaving the healers upon cleansing with lime and salt. If for example, we treat 100 people a year and we don't cleanse ourselves, it is the black smoke of 100 people left behind in our aura. The black smoke represents the fears and worries of the people we treat. We will all fall sick.  So cleansing is necessary.

The intention of this session was to test the result of such a technique.  We are aware that the same person needs a daily dosage of this energy for the experiment to work. We are conducting this now with a few people.  And we are sending the energy to them just before they sleep.  This is still experimental, and we need to see the outcome.

We have to put a disclaimer that people with illnesses need to see a health care professional for the best medical advice.

Is another person's pain affecting you?

Andrew:

Lately I have been getting more enquiries from people about their pain when the cause is not so obvious or clear cut.  I normally tell them to see a doctor and find out the cause.

It is when they come back and say that the doctors cannot seem to find anything wrong with them, that I suspect these people could be empaths or could be triggered by kundalini awakening from solar flares.

One of the things I learned is the healing effectiveness of Hooponopono:  I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you..... So calm yourself first, take a few deep breaths and then address that part of your body which is in pain.. identify the organ or body part by name for example, Throat I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, i love you continuously till the pain reduces or goes away.

Since I have written about how to treat spontaneous kundalini awakening triggered by solar flares I shall now post an article by how to manage empathic behaviour.

How to Avoid Empathy Burnout

When You are Surrounded
by Other People’s Pain

January 15th, 2018
By Josh Richardson

Guest writer for Wake Up World
It seems there could never be enough empathy and compassion in our world, but we are starting to discover that our capacity for empathy – to share the emotions of others and take their perspective – can come with a bit of a sting if we’re not careful.

If we get caught up on the misfortunes of others without understanding life’s processes, it can make us angry and unhappy. So where do we draw the line?

Fortunately, work on locating the root of empathy in the brain has also led to the discovery that with the right training, we might be able to tune how much we let others’ emotions affect us. This could allow us the best of both worlds — to care, without letting it consume us.

While culture might be socializing people into becoming more individualistic rather than empathic, research has uncovered the existence of “mirror neurons,” which react to emotions expressed by others and then reproduce them.

Understanding how others are feeling is a bonding mechanism that we are finding in an increasing number of animals.

In humans, primatologist Frans de Waal of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, has suggested that being affected by another’s emotional state was the earliest step in our evolution as a collaborative species.

The very nature of being empathetic, involves looking past one’s own perspective in any given situation and understanding as best as possible the needs and experiences of another person.

But the pitfalls of empathy will be apparent to anyone who has been in a room full of babies. If one starts crying, pretty soon, they’re all at it.

Babies don’t understand the difference between their own emotions and those being felt by others, and so what one feels, they all feel. Negative and positive emotions alike spread like a virus.

As our sense of self develops, we learn to distinguish other people’s emotions from our own, although a variety of experiments, most recently studying our behaviour in online social networks, indicate we are not entirely free of the risk of emotional contagion.

Many studies have confirmed that this “empathy for pain” network exists, and that it doesn’t distinguish whether the pain you’re observing is physical or psychological. “The basic principle is the same,” says Tania Singer, who is now at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences in Leipzig, Germany.

What’s more, over the past few years it has become apparent that we don’t just catch pain from those we are intimate with. Unknowingly we absorb pain from others. Even from strangers in the street.

The first hints came from people in care-giving professions who often see the stress and pain of others, such as nurses, psychotherapists and paediatricians.

Since the early 1990s, a kind of empathy burnout has increasingly been documented — which has been given names including “secondary traumatic stress” and “vicarious traumatization”.

Symptoms include lowered ability to feel empathy and sympathy, increased anger and anxiety, and more absenteeism.

Various studies link these symptoms with an indifferent attitude to patients, depersonalisation and poorer care.

It’s perhaps unsurprising that empathy burnout can affect people frequently surrounded by other people’s pain, especially in hospice staff or by people who are empaths or psychics.

Caregivers need to be empathetic, but empathy is not one thing. Both neuroscience and psychology have uncovered an important distinction between two aspects of empathy: Emotion contagion, which is vicariously sharing another person’s feeling, and empathic concern, which entails forming a goal to alleviate that person’s suffering.

Doctors can particularly experience empathy burnout in the beginning of their practices and then become numb to patient complaints.

A doctor-patient relationship built on trust and empathy doesn’t just put patients at ease — it actually changes the brain’s response to stress and increases pain tolerance, perhaps even more than the medication itself.

“The relevance and statistical correlations of patient-centered relationships and health outcomes is now part of medical curriculum in many institutions”, said Psychologist, Dr. Sophia Tranter.

“What we are finding is that a doctor’s relationship and orientation towards a patient and their well-being correlates to a more significant degree than even the medication itself.”

Empathy Overload

The irony is that the effects of empathy overload might undercut the very things for which empathy evolved in us – mutually beneficial cooperation and collaboration.

“Even in the short-term distress transmitted via empathy leads just as much to a desire to escape a helping situation as it does to a desire to help,” says Michael Poulin at the State University of New York.

If that’s true, can we do anything about it? Perhaps, says Christian Keysers of the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience in Amsterdam.

“Just like some people are better at regulating their own emotions, some are better at regulating empathy,” he says. His work suggests we’re not stuck with the amount of empathy we are born with, but can adopt the strategies of others.

5 Strategies to Prevent Empathy Burnout

Appropriately dosed, empathy is undoubtedly a good thing, but we need to consider the strategies to protect ourselves if we are exposed to stress and emotions from others around us.

1. Know Your Vulnerabilities

Each of us has a body part that is more vulnerable to absorbing others’ stress. Scan your body to determine yours. Is it your neck?

Do you get sore throats? Headaches?  Bladder infections? At the onset of symptoms in these areas, place your palm there and keep sending loving-kindness to that area to soothe discomfort.

For longstanding depression or pain, use this method daily to strengthen yourself. It’s comforting and builds a sense of safety and optimism. Remind yourself that the pain of others is not your own.

2. Surrender to Your Breath

Concentrating on your breath for a few minutes can dramatically alleviate energetic pain which manifests in the physical.

It is centering and connects you to your power. Yoga is also excellent to facilitate this process.

3. Set Limitations and Boundaries

You don’t have to be an open book all the time. Control how much time you spend listening to stressful people or their pain, and learn to say “no.”

Remember, “no” is a complete sentence. If you are in a profession or in a relationship where you can’t say “no,” then try adaptive strategies that allow to set limits on and foster a balance between that which is negative and positive.

4. Develop a Support System

Surround yourself with positive optimistic people. Build a network of positive influencers, acquaintances and professional contacts. Have the emotional intelligence to recognize when you need help and when your empathy is turning toxic to yourself.

Call someone positive and uplifting.
When you find yourself becoming overly emotional, call a friend or mentor and calmly explain the situation. Often times an objective person can provide you with a different perspective or a new approach.

5. Embody The Philosophy That Everything is as it Should Be
Some people will always have pain. That is their path and there will be nothing anybody else can do about it until that person that decides to do something for themselves.

Know that they are exactly where they should be at this point in time. Comfort them, guide them and influence them, but nobody will ever change their situation but themselves. You are a conduit to their change, nothing more.

Andrew:

Finally surround yourself and your environment with positive sceneries, images and uplifting music.

It is not necessary to absorb or feel other people’s painful emotions.  Know that it is just a feedback mechanism to tell you , Oh, that person is in pain. I shall think of something more positive.

In Asian traditions, we ask people to carry lime and salt in their pocket.  This is not superstition. In actual practice, we find that salt and lime absorb negative emotions that would otherwise affect you.

This is an eco-friendly way to temporarily protect yourself until your emotional immune system is stronger.

Another burst of cosmic energy, another round of unexpected kundalini rising

Andrew:

Over the past week there have been calls for assistance to help with unexpected kundalini rising. You never know but it can also happen to you! So you need to be informed about it and know what to do if it happens to you.

If you google about space weather and solar flares by Heather Carlini, you will find discussions on how they have an impact on the planet and on humans.

I myself am also going through some energy integrations now which make me feel like ten tons of stone marble!  So, trying to rest as much as possible.

These cases are for our collective education.

Case One.
There was one case where the male had a minor heart attack. He had been experiencing pain in his heart area and below his armpit.

Kanammah our psychic took one look at him and advised him to go to hospital. He went for some medical tests. ECG Stress Test, cholesterol etc. The doctors said there was nothing wrong with him and sent him home.

The next few days he still had severe heat and fever symptoms and he felt his nerves pulsating like a running horse.  Later when Harin took a look at him – Harin saw the ida and pingala or the male and female currents were vibrating out of control.

He was advised to foot-soak with ice cubes, lime, sea salt and flowers and always to have an ice pack on standby.

Case Two
The lady could not sleep the whole night and was very restless.  When Harin took a look at her, he saw that once again, her left and right currents were also out of control.  We stabilised it and asked her to foot-soak as well.

Case Three
A friend’s wife in her early 40s.  She had body aches, dizziness, nausea. Had alternative bouts of chills and fever.

We told her what to do.

And the fourth case we encountered this week unexpectedly was Harin himself . Harin is part of our Diamond Mudra Group.

10/12/2017, 20:56 - Harin Kl Hp: I think my kundalini is rising. My head is very hot and heavy

10/12/2017, 21:04 - Andrew Khaw: Use an Ice pack now and place on the head.

10/12/2017, 21:04 - Andrew Khaw: If no ice pack ... get some ice cubes

10/12/2017, 21:08 - Harin Kl Hp: Ok will do.

10/12/2017, 21:13 - Harin Kl Hp: How long to foot soak?

10/12/2017, 21:21 - Bakshish Hp: Till you feel cool

10/12/2017, 21:22 - Bakshish Hp: You still feel hot?

10/12/2017, 21:23 - Andrew Khaw: Normally 30 minutes

10/12/2017, 21:23 - Andrew Khaw: And do this mudra

It works by clearing and opening the mid channel so that kundalini can rise without any obstacles… do this for at least five to ten minutes or until you feel kundalini energy rising to the top of your head and breaking through the crown chakra through to the cosmos.

In traditional kundalini circles, the kundalini is symbolised as a snake and normally on full awakening it is seen as the head of a golden cobra. And that is why statues of Buddha and others are seen with one or many snakes above the head.

10/12/2017, 21:23 - Harin Kl Hp: Feeling better… slightly cool already

10/12/2017, 21:24 - Andrew Khaw: Left palm … put right thumb on base of left palm.

10/12/2017, 21:24 - Harin Kl Hp: Ok will do this mudra

10/12/2017, 21:26 - Andrew Khaw: Opens mid channel ... so kundalini can rise smoothly..
can do this anytime.

10/12/2017, 21:26 - Andrew Khaw: Once channel opens and kundalini rises past head and above head ... you can stop the mudra

10/12/2017, 21:28 - Harin Kl Hp: Ok thanks

10/12/2017, 21:28 - Harin Kl Hp: Doing now

10/12/2017, 21:29 - Andrew Khaw: Feel channel opening and kundalini rising smoothly?

10/12/2017, 21:29 - Andrew Khaw: Let us know

10/12/2017, 21:31 - Andrew Khaw: Harin, speak to your kundalini. "Divine mother kundalini ... I acknowledge your presence  .. please rise in me in the most loving and gentle way .. tqtqtq…

SHE will listen to your request.  It is her intention to rise and connect us to cosmic consciousness. We have to give the intention. SHE too does not like being blocked at the lower chakras and giving you all kinds of health issues.

10/12/2017, 21:31 - Harin Kl Hp: I'm not sure now I’m just feeling cold in my head like brain freeze

10/12/2017, 21:31 - Andrew Khaw:  hahaha ... remove ice pack

10/12/2017, 21:31 - Harin Kl Hp: Ya remove already lol

10/12/2017, 21:32 - Andrew Khaw: Ok... cool ok... hot we don’t want.

10/12/2017, 21:32 - Andrew Khaw: B... what you see for harin k ...

10/12/2017, 21:33 - Bakshish Hp: Kundalini is rising.

10/12/2017, 21:33 - Andrew Khaw: Where?

10/12/2017, 21:33 - Bakshish Hp: Shoulder now.

10/12/2017, 21:33 - Andrew Khaw: Left or right

10/12/2017, 21:34 - Andrew Khaw: If H is doing mudra ... what is effect on kundalini rising?

10/12/2017, 21:34 - Bakshish Hp: spine... shoulder area

10/12/2017, 21:34 - Bakshish Hp: Looks golden the kundalini.

10/12/2017, 21:34 - Bakshish Hp: I see circular vibrations from kundalini snake head....

10/12/2017, 21:35 - Andrew Khaw: Where is kundalini golden snakehead on H body?

10/12/2017, 21:35 - Bakshish Hp: Seeing this first time

10/12/2017, 21:36 - Bakshish Hp: Resting on H head now.

10/12/2017, 21:36 - Andrew Khaw: Broken through ...good

10/12/2017, 21:37 - Harin Kl Hp: I feel so tired and so … like ran a marathon.

10/12/2017, 21:38 - Bakshish Hp: Kundalini snake is very still on top of H head. As if communicating.

10/12/2017, 21:42 - Harin Kl Hp: Heaviness now

10/12/2017, 21:43 - Andrew Khaw: Whole body heaviness?

10/12/2017, 21:43 - Harin Kl Hp: Head

10/12/2017, 21:43 - Harin Kl Hp: Body ok

10/12/2017, 21:44 - Andrew Khaw: Yeah …kundalini snake head on your head ... at least breakthrough ... if not worse

10/12/2017, 21:44 - Harin Kl Hp: How to get it to pass through and out of head?

10/12/2017, 21:45 - Andrew Khaw: Broke through already ... or else you will still have massive headache

10/12/2017, 21:45 - Harin Kl Hp: 👏👏👏👏thank god

10/12/2017, 21:46 - Bakshish Hp: It has returned down spine and coiled back at the base chakra. Done its work.

10/12/2017, 21:47 - Harin Kl Hp: So thirsty drinking a lot of water😂😂

10/12/2017, 21:48 - Andrew Khaw: Yes you have to

10/12/2017, 21:48 - Bakshish Hp: Yes…  does kundalini coil back quickly?

10/12/2017, 21:48 - Andrew Khaw: Yes ... if it has achieved its breakthrough .. happy .. it goes back down to tail bone.

10/12/2017, 21:49 - Harin Kl Hp: Then will it rise again in future?

10/12/2017, 21:52 - Andrew Khaw: Yes … various times … in future, easier to rise – lesser side effects. ..once it has made the first breakthrough ... every time it rises pass the crown chakra .. psychic abilities begin and improves.

10/12/2017, 21:53 - Andrew Khaw: How are you feeling now?

10/12/2017, 21:53 - Harin Kl Hp: Wow

10/12/2017, 21:54 - Harin Kl Hp: So much better. Just head heavy and sleepy

10/12/2017, 21:54 - Andrew Khaw: Yeap … sleep it off

10/12/2017, 21:55 - Harin Kl Hp: Tqtqtq very much. What an experience. Thanks for guiding me both of you🙏🙏🙏

10/12/2017, 21:56 - Andrew Khaw: Hahahaha Ubantu

10/12/2017, 21:57 - Harin Kl Hp: Ubuntu🙏🙏🙏

IMPORTANT

In most cases of unexpected kundalini rising, the left and right currents or nadis are severely out of balance and cause shock to the entire internal energy system due to the unbalanced energy going through the meridians from the kundalini rising.

Which is why it is important to do the yin yang mudras - the left (female) and right (male) energies have to be regularly balanced and integrated.

So when kundalini unexpectedly rises, there is more stability and less shocks to the heart. This is one of the causes of heart attacks in young people without any history of heart problems.

Is Positive Thinking making you miserable?

Andrew:

Recently I have been making myself sound very important  hahahahahaha  by telling people to be more positive because doing the 3 in 1 mudras, reverse colour chakras and lo shu - turns you into a poweful thought magnet.

But I didn't really speak about how to deal with the negative thoughts that we have though one day i will do a simple yet effective workshop of acknowledging your thoughts and seeing them leaving your mental and emotional fields.

But in the meantime, there are still people out there myself included who do get pissed off at times.  So how do we deal with that? We have yet to understand that negative thoughts are very powerful teachers – negative thoughts teach us that we have chosen what we don’t want.

The strangest thing about the human race is that we keep choosing thoughts that hurts us. Now why is that?

I was told that some of us choose hurtful thoughts so that people will pity us and pay more attention to us and try to help us.  However in the long run, that doesn't work and people will leave us to stew in our own hot soup.

No one wants to be with a negative person forever.

So I was looking around the Wake Up World newsletter that I get regularly and here is an article by Julia Tang. And here are some answers.

Positivity. Are you faking it?

Have you ever forced yourself to be positive when you really wanted to punch a pillow or tell the world to screw off instead?

Maybe you are desperately trying to live by the mantra of “positivity thinking kills negativity,” or don’t want to appear like an ungrateful jerk when you receive the 3rd wedding invitation in the mail after your last messy breakup.

Perhaps you obsess over teachings from Law of Attraction gurus about cultivating positive thoughts so you can attract positive things, or feel ashamed to show your true feelings because every person on your social media is smiling like Christmas came early for them and makes you question your own sanity.

I have committed almost every single one of the “forced positivity” listed above in the past, and much more.

Don’t get me wrong, positive thinking is a beautiful thing, and it is essential for all of us to take care of our vibration for multiple reasons. However, being fixated on the idea “I must think positive regardless of how I am truly feeling” may just make you more miserable.

Why? And how to turn it around?

1: It Creates Bypassing
I cannot tell you how much spiritual bypassing forced positivity has created in many which often results in increased anxiety and self-blame leading to inevitable self-doubt of, “What is wrong with me and shouldn’t I be more grateful?”

In case you are not familiar with spiritual bypassing, it is when we skip the necessary self-work in order to chase after the end result of that work which usually is genuine joy, inner-peace, bliss, etc.

The goodness which we all desire in life is more of a result of having performed a deep emotional house cleaning to free ourselves from baggage. So when you are constantly avoiding the unwanted emotions stemming from past wounds and current experiences, you are actually skipping the work you need in order to get to that good feeling place!

Worse, that energy you try so hard to bypass is not going anywhere when you sweep it under the rug and will come back again and again to bite you in the butt until it is processed.

This is one of the reasons why those who rely solely on affirmations or meditation as means of escape without having confronted their inner demons find it difficult to achieve the same results after a while, and the reason is because they are not meant to be used as spiritual band-aids.

Solution: Let it Out

Emotion is Energy in Motion. As Einstein stated long ago, “Energy cannot be created or destroyed, it can only be changed from one form to another.”

That means, when you experience the energy of anger, fear or anything you deem unpleasant, if your first reaction is to engage the often-times unconscious defense mechanisms (dissociation, projection, denial, repression, etc) in order not to feel, that energy which has a specific frequency gets stored in the body and does not have any opportunity to be released, processed or integrated.

The more you avoid facing negative emotions, the more that energy gets trapped in your system which creates all kinds of havoc. When this is done chronically, it creates energy blockages in your energy centers which manifest as mental, emotional and physical ailments.

A burning question you may have as you are reading this is, “Doesn’t the act of dwelling in negativity damage my health?”

The answer is an absolute yes. So here is the difference: when you are constantly throwing pity parties, you are coming from an unconscious victim mentality and perpetuating the victimhood cycle.

If you, however, choose to set a time aside in a safe setting with the intention of honoring how you are feeling and being present with your emotions, you have stepped into the shoes of a conscious creator. These two vibrations are drastically different!!

Don’t be surprised to experience a pleasant shift in your energy when you truly embrace your emotions, and that is when you are more receptive to creative insights.

I personally find when I fully allow myself to feel whatever comes up, after a while, it usually leads to genuine calmness and inner peace.

2: It Creates More Negativity

Many who have an incomplete understanding of Law of Attraction (technically, it is Laws of Attraction since there are multiple universal laws in operation when it comes to using thoughts to create reality) believe since like attracts like, we need to always be in a joyful state in order to attract more awesomeness into life.

While this is all true, what you may not be aware of is that all the goodness in life only gets attracted to you if you have the energy of genuine, as opposed to forced positivity.

Given over 90% of your mental capacity is dominated by the unconscious mind which is the seat of all beliefs, experiences, memories and intuition, and since beliefs and thoughts create corresponding emotions, it doesn’t really matter what you are attempting to do with the limited conscious mind if you cannot take care of what is going on in the unconscious.

That means when the guy next door successfully sells all the spots for his upcoming luxury spiritual retreat, and your first reaction is, “Who does he think he is, that materialistic fake,” but instead you shove concepts like “love thy neighbor” and “we are all swimming in a giant soup of Oneness” down your throat in order to avoid feeling the unpleasant emotions of judgment and jealousy, that energy which comes from an underlying and most likely unconscious belief of lack will always come back to haunt, and create more lack.

You do not attract what you think you need or want. You attract who you are – your most predominant energy.

Solution: Dive Deeper

After allowing yourself to feel, it is worth to do a bit of self-inquiry such as “Why am I feeling jealous? Is it because I believe life is unfair, or the guy is luckier and more capable than I am?

It may then become, “I wish my parents were rich and gave me their business so I don’t have to struggle in life.”

Keep going. Write down every layer of your thoughts. Be brutally honest.
Eventually, ask yourself, “What is it that I must have to believe in about myself and the world in order to create my initial reaction?

It probably will look something like, “I believe the world is full of lack and I cannot receive everything I want” or “I believe prosperity is only for nasty and greedy folks instead of the kind ones.”

Now the party really begins. It boils down to taking complete self-responsibility, and turning every light on in your emotional house and giving the space a thorough inspection to see what limiting beliefs are generating unpleasant emotions, and what you can do to reprogram them rather than forcing yourself to fake happiness and acceptance.

3: Negativity Serves a Higher Purpose

I use the terms good/bad and positive/negative rather loosely in my speech as everything is relative in life.

There is no true positivity or negativity from the perspective of your higher self because it only sees perfection in all; in this life, however, there is what serves you, and what doesn’t.

Some of the best things in my life came out of embracing the most negative experiences.

When I was at my last soul-sucking job under two bosses that resembled the relentless Agents from the Matrix, I kept on telling myself to look at the positives such as “I got a pay check” (so I could put food on the table, have a roof to sleep under and wake up miserable again, yay) or “I worked close to home” (which enabled me to spend more time sulking and complaining about the Agents and the killer sentinels over texts with coworkers).

After a decade of forced positivity while having made myself a permanent home at rock bottom, I finally realized I was trying to conceal burning coals with a thin piece of paper that said, “This isn’t so bad, just look at the positives.”

Eventually, the fire blew up and led to a series of most scary yet miraculous decisions in my life that allowed me to reclaim my freedom in every way.

Along the path, I have encountered dear and courageous souls who after embracing the negativity in their lives be it cancer, addictions or failed suicide attempts, are dedicating their lives to service humanity by creating campaigns to support research for psychedelics or opening spiritual retreats to inspire and empower others.

Solution: Use Negativity as a Springboard

Contrary to the common belief, there is nothing frightening about negative emotions because emotions cannot hurt you. Emotions are components of your internal guidance system which is an extension of Universal Intelligence. Whenever you feel, you are literally receiving an intuition from your higher self as to whether you are heading in a direction that is aligned with it, or meandering too far from it.

Ultimately, every negative emotion and rock bottom serves the purpose of revealing to you that you alone have the power to choose the quality of your life whether it is to change the direction of your course, or change your perspective of how you experience things.

You can either continue to convince yourself to stay positive while bury your true emotions, or face whatever situation you are in head-on, own it with absolute sincerity and 100% responsibility, then do something about it.

Complete and utter liberation follows the moment you whole-heartedly own everything that shows up in your life as something you have created on some level whether consciously or unconsciously.

By confronting your worst nightmares and inviting the emotions as well as the lessons underneath into your life, you are reclaiming your infinite power of creation and announcing to the universe, “I created that, now I can use that power to create something else.”

Just like that, the negativity you have been afraid to face can now set you free.

Some Final Thoughts

We are taught to fear the shadow because we do not truly understand it. Those who dive into the shadow with curiosity and openness will always discover hidden keys to wisdom and greater liberation for the simple reason that darkness in life is not meant to crush you, it is meant to invite you into this space where the old can be destroyed so the new can be built. It is meant to wake you up.

“The ego says, ‘I shouldn’t have to suffer,’ and that thought makes you suffer so much more. It is a distortion of the truth, which is always paradoxical. The truth is that you need to say yes to suffering before you can transcend it.” – Eckhart Tolle
