Ringing in my ears

Andrew:

I have friends calling me and asking about some strange sound effects that they are getting in their ears.  And recently I was talking to a doctor friend who says she has patients coming to her and complaining about hearing strange sounds.

Doctors call this tinnitus. Anyway she checks them out and most of the time find nothing wrong. She prescribes some simple medication so that they feel reassured that they have done something.

So we decided to research this ear phenomena and this is the most readable write-up by Celia Fenn.

Our deep gratitude to her for the explanation. It should clear up any confusion that people are experiencing.  It is good to see a doctor if you have these symptoms - it could be tinnitus. Or  as Celia suggests, you are re-calibrating to a higher frequency of existence.

So what is that Ringing in my Ears......
Posted by Celia Fenn on 15 April 2017

I am writing this because so many people have asked about their current symptoms, and especially those associated with the Ears.

Many people have reported an increase in what the medical profession calls “tinnitus”, ringing sounds and buzzing sounds in the Ear or both ears.
Then others have reported pain in the ears, and often that pain shifts down from the ears into the teeth and jaw, or up into the head where it becomes dizziness and headaches.

This can be frightening, as these areas affect our daily functioning and our ability to maintain our balance on a daily basis.

However, this process is part of the shift to a Multi-dimensional Energy Signature of Light Body.

The Ear and the Inner Ear are situated between the 5th , 6th and 7th Chakras, or, in other words, that area of our Spiritual Anatomy that connects us to the Higher Dimensions.  So, it follows that as we are realigned and rewired to connect more fully with our Solar and Galactic heritage, so we will feel changes and movements in this area.

Archangel Michael guided me to look at an image of the Ear in order to explain what is happening to our bodies in this transformation.

If you look at the Inner Ear, you will see an organ called the Cochlea, which is shaped like a spiral.

This organ is responsible for translating sounds received into impulses that can be sent along the neural pathways to the brain and be heard and understood.  But, on the Higher Dimensions, the Cochlea also acts as a Galactic “antenna” that can receive sounds/signals from the Higher Dimensions.

There is a Cochlear spiral in each ear, and they work together to facilitate the function of hearing in the body.  But, in spiritual terms, the Left Ear Cochlea works with the Left Brain to receive and ground information to do with life on Earth, while the Right Ear Cochlea receives and translates information from the Galactic level that connects to the spiritual and mystical realms.

Both are connected into the nervous system and the brain.  However, the impulses that activate the Cochlea spiral on the level of Higher Consciousness are transmitted via the Pituitary Gland and then into the Cochlea via various neural pathways and light meridians.

This means that when Galactic Light Codes are being transmitted very strongly through Solar and Galactic radiation waves, then the Pineal is more strongly activated and likewise, in those who are ready, the Cochlea begins to vibrate with the messages of the Language of Light!

In a balanced individual, the activation of Left and Right Cochlea spirals ensures that there is balance, both literal and emotional/mental and spiritual.  In our planetary culture, we have been very “out of balance”, with the Left Brain being strongly activated and the Right Brain not.

We live in a Left Brain society, where little importance is given to the activities and functions of the Right Brain, starting from School and continuing into Adult life.
So it is that as the Right Brain Cochlea begins to vibrate in harmony with the Light Code transmissions of the Galactic spiral, you begin to “hear” transmissions that you did not hear before.

This may simply sound like “white noise” at this time, as your brain has no idea how to translate it into meaningful “language”.But, as and when you begin to work with your Right Brain and expand into the Magical Higher Dimensions, these transmissions will begin to take on shape and meaning.

You may begin to express the Language of Light through painting, music, poetry or any other right brain activity that you favor to express the flow of Galactic Light Codes.

This is one of the reasons why so many people are feeling out of balance at the moment.  The reliance on the Left Brain side is becoming so unbalanced that people are in danger of moving into the “shadow” energy of the Left Brain, in paranoia and psychosis and depression.

So, many people may have no idea why they are suddenly feeling depressed, anxious, paranoid and maybe even psychotic.  And because this is so widespread, even if you do not feel it yourself, you may feel it coming off other people in their interactions with you.

Certainly, this is a challenging moment in our Transformation process.  We simply need to recognize what is happening, and work to bring balance.  Activate that Right Brain Cochlea with creative activity, with magic, art, dance and music.

Dream and dance, paint and write, see the patterns and the magic in all things.  Don’t get caught up in the shadow side of the Left Brain “downward spiral”.  We all need the downward spiral to ground us in a healthy relationship with earth, but when it is unbalanced, then it becomes a pathology.

I have to say also that I have found that eliminating dairy products from the diet can also help in this time if there is ear pain.  Dairy products cause a build up of fluid in the ears, and if there is already pressure in that area, this can cause pain.

And, when the Pineal is very active, that pain can be intense.

So, dear friends, I guess this is the time to “listen up” and start hearing these new transmissions that are coming to us.  I am working with painting, and the Language of Light transmissions are part of what I am doing now.

Keep your balance, try to stay out of drama and paranoia, and spend as much time as you can in the Creative World of the Right Brain.

Soon, our Planet will rediscover that Magic and Creativity are the Keys of Time, and that when we understand Time and how to work with Time, we will create a very different World on a very different Timeline.  The Key is within us, as above so below.  We have our own “Galactic Transmitter” that is now coming online!

The Basic Practice of the 4 Yin Yang Mudras

The Basic Practice

The 4 Yin Yang Mudras

 Modules 1 to 4

The Sacred Feminine Aspect by Sonia Gomes.

Edited by Andrew Khor

The balance, integration and unity of the female and male polarity is necessary for oneness practice which leads us to another step in our evolutionary journey.

For thousands of years and in many nations, the masculine energy has been predominant and misogynistic - resulting in the trampling of female rights and causing untold misery and suffering amongst women.

The loss of feminine energy is a serious problem for civilisation. The absence or repression of the feminine aspects in a man or in our society - reduces his emotional depth and is a source of distortion in his values and approach to life. There is a lack of balance and harmony and this is reflected in many societies on the planet now.

The retrieval of the feminine energy and balancing it with the masculine energy is essential for both women and men to progress – physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

When we observe cultures in society that suppress our collective feminine essence, we appear to be at a loss for words, how can something so sacred and essential for our collective human evolutionary and spiritual growth, be allowed to be suppressed for the past two thousand years?

Losing touch with feminine aspects is also, of course, a serious problem for women. This affects their natural way of being as a nurturing and caring personality and the search for their inner essence.

The feminine aspect brings joy, love, growth and creativity for the individual and society as a whole and is necessary for civilisations to flourish.

The Rise and Fall of the Feminine

With the advent of patriarchal religion and the consequent loss of reverence for the goddess energy, the conscious development of women was significantly blocked.

Slowly she began to worship gods made by men; the values of the men became their values; the attitudes of men to justify the subordination of women have become their values.

The loss of the relationship with the goddess led to the adoption of masculine characteristics. Femininity was occupied by feminism, and, the pursuit of equal rights distorted to a match with the male nature.

To restore the image of the feminine seems to be a herculean task because patriarchy is not willing to share its power.

Still, the past decades have seen significant changes. The lifting efforts of the feminist movement brought the awareness to the battlefront of the need for equality between women and men.

The attributes of women have been included in other roles than that of wife and mother. However, putting women in pants began to distort their own feminine values and they started becoming more overtly masculine.to compete in the workplace.

Today we live in a phallic world and the dominant images are of wealth, power and technology.  These present themselves as gods to be worshipped, instead of love, beauty, sexual ecstasy, and numinous experiences.

The real cure for this phallic world is the retrieval of the sacred feminine and the transformation of the inner world of the human being. - restoring the balance between the inner male and female. - the Yin and Yang polarity.

The female presence should aid in the active construction of society, and the manifestation of qualities such as compassion, care, protection, and love.

Although these qualities are not restricted to the female gender, having a stronger female presence in society can help build a more just and equitable world.

It is time to create a world without discrimination, and develop peaceful and harmonious societies. And for this to happen, a new paradigm must support the appreciation of the feminine principle.

Andrew Khor

I am told in my studies that there is an inner masculine and an inner feminine within our energy bodies and when those currents of energies are balanced and integrated, a third energy is spontaneously created.

It rises up our wisdom channel and by practicing any form of oneness, it leads us to universal awareness.

The practice I am about to share already exists in various schools of yoga and the combination of these hand movements which are called mudras have positive healing effects and is a fundamental yin yang modality that is required to achieve oneness principles to stay in harmony and balance.

Regular practice will lead to beneficial meditation benefits.

Balancing and integrating the left and right currents

An example of energy currents;
the human is also an energy battery

The left or female (negative) current is supposed to be cool and the right (positive) current is masculine and is supposed to be warm. In extreme situations the left current can be cold and the right can be hot.

One can think of it as a fully charged battery with a positive and negative current. Hook up the negative and positive currents and the battery works.

It is the same principle with the human body. When the left feminine and right masculine current are balanced and integrated or hooked up, the person becomes energised.

When the left or right is out of balance and the energies are depleted due to stress or exhaustion then the person can and will experience strokes or breakdowns.

And if the currents are too hot or too cold, the body will malfunction.

There is an old saying in the Tao, when the two becomes one, then the ten thousand appears. This means the person who has integrated their left and right currents and activated their wisdom channel become strong and can create or manifest many things with desire and action.

The ida is the left feminine and negative current or nadi. The pingala is the right masculine and positive current. Balance and integrate the left and right currents and the middle channel known as the Sushumna or wisdom channel is awakened.

In spiritual circles, this is known as the inner marriage or the Tao, when the two becomes one.

In various schools, there are different methods of balancing and integrating the inner male and female and there are some immediate benefits.

The practices of these mudras were sourced from the Indian continent and come from a long history of yogic practice and have been proven to be beneficial.

So we are not reinventing the wheel here, but merely selecting mudras or hand movements which when practiced holistically have a cummulative benefit.

Mudras work on the same principle as foot reflexology. There are important points in the fingers which awaken energies and promote their flow in the body’s energy meridians.

What are the benefits of these mudras?

Firstly, one becomes more centred and calmer. And the practice of quiet meditation becomes easier.

One participant after a group practice said that towards the end of the 10-minute practice, tried as he wanted to, he could not think. He did not have any thoughts. He was calm, centred and thoughtless. That was surprising. These three attributes are necessary for a successful meditation practice.

A lady said she felt a lot of heat leaving her body. She was recovering from high blood pressure and had felt “heaty” and was pleasantly surprised to feel her body temperature returning to normal.

I recall an earlier session I had with a young twenty-one-year-old lady at a wellness centre in Kuala Lumpur.

She had cold hands ever since she was twelve. The parents had taken her to countless doctors and traditional Ayurvedic treatment – still, her hands remained cold.

When she learned the four balancing movements, she could feel the coldness receding from the shoulders to her arms – and experienced a 75% reduction of coldness in her hands. I hope she is still practicing this modality. Cases like hers are quite rare.

There are people who are practicing these mudras and they say that sometimes they intuitively feel like extending the time on each mudra – from two minutes to five. Trust your intuition.  There are times when you exhaust or tire out the body. So the body naturally needs more recharging.

A major benefit is that the internal wisdom channel is activated and the spiritual life force gently and spontaneously rises the middle channel without any resistance. And it then rises to the head and out to the cosmos in a vertical line.

This is seen as two spirals wrapped around each other. And the participant begins to experience cosmic awareness beyond the five earthly senses. The veil lifts and we are than aware that we share this universe with various intelligent cosmic beings. The greatest discovery of our lifetime will be that we are not alone in this universe.

Step One – the Womb or Hara Mudra

The first Mudra releases suppressed emotions kept in the womb and lower body by females or in the lower body organs by males. A clairvoyant observed one of the participants and she saw tiny black dots leaving the lower body.  The tiny black dots represent anger, frustration, shame, humiliation and general unhappiness.

The two thumbs are placed at the belly button.

As we know ladies have unique problems in their womb – fibroids, endometriosis and cysts. Medical science recognises the symptoms but cannot with 100% certainty identify the source of these problems.

We can for certain say that these are due to cellular mutation.  What causes the cellular mutation? There is a growing link between unresolved emotions and cellular issues in medical literature – and we have anecdotal evidence that unresolved emotions are the culprit.

We can say that these medical issues represent human cells gone wild. There is a complementary therapy where people are encouraged to talk positively and appreciate their cells and body organs.

When we expose our cells and organs to negative or chaotic thoughts consistently - like reading the newspapers in the morning - then clairvoyants can see black and grey energies flowing to the organs.

That's when dis-ease begins.  Add to that an unhealthy diet, the lack of exercise, polluted air, heavy metals in our water that we drink, emotionally abusive relationships, exposure to electromagnetic radiation from our handphones and wireless modems - you have the classic recipe for the body falling sick.

Step Two – Balancing the Left

The second Mudra balances the left current.  Some people can feel energy leaving the right palm which faces downwards. That means there is excessive left or feminine energy. And once that has cleared, they can feel incoming energy on the left palm.

After two minutes, the energy situation goes back to normal. Eventually after more practice, there is more sensitivity and intuitively people are guided to stay in the mudra longer.

If the person has more incoming energy on the left palm and less going out, it shows that the left feminine channel is depleted and the person has probably undergone a lot of emotional challenges which has left them sad and feeling empty.

Step Three – Balancing the Right

The third Mudra balances the right current. If there is insufficient masculine energy, the participant will feel a lot of energy entering the right palm and filling it up.

If the person has excessive right or masculine energy, then the excessive energy will leave the palm on the left facing the sky. It is at this time that some people feel a lot of heat leaving the body.

Step Four – The Unity Mudra

The fourth Mudra is known as the Unity Mudra. The first mudra clears emotional energy. The left and right are then balanced. And now the final mudra brings the whole energy field into balance and integration – here is where oneness begins.

The right hand forms a fist and sits on the left palm. These hands are then placed at the navel and held in position for also two minutes. The masculine right hand is sitting gently and supported by the feminine left palm.  You see the inner male and inner female need each other. One cannot exist and act without the other.

One participant began to feel the phenomena of a cool breeze emerging from his head.  This meant that his life force energy had gently emerged from the tailbone area in a harmonious manner and any blockages in his energy centers had been cleared and rebalanced to allow the wisdom life force to emerge unblocked all the way to his head.

The Cool Breeze

The appearance of the Cool Breeze is an indication that the process has been correctly practiced and reflects the rising of the divine feminine energy residing within the energy body.

The first known references of a cool breeze in meditation literature was of the young Buddha.  While sitting in meditation in front of his mentor, deep in meditation, he felt the presence of a cool breeze emanating from within his being.

The phenomena of the cool breeze takes the participant into a cool and calm relaxed state that assists one to go deeper into meditation.

With regular practice, there will be a satisfied and calm feeling even though the body is now fully charged.

Continuous and diligent practice before meditation will lead the practitioner to greater depths of relaxation and altered states of consciousness – leading to youthfulness and a pleasant calmness.

He or she begins to gradually connect with the inner light and access his or her highest potential - and importantly begins to materialise that potential in his or her life.

The Practice Modules of the 4 Yin Yang Mudras

Module One – Deep breathing for relaxation

The idea is that the first module prepares the participants for the second module. The second module prepares for the third module. And so on and so forth. The structure of the modules then supports the process in a holistic manner.

We got the group to first practice deep breathing from the abdomen. Pushpa who is our breathing teacher prepares the participants in Module One. The whole idea of deep breathing from the abdomen is to bring in more oxygen into the body so that people start becoming more relaxed.

Normally we all take in shallow breaths from the upper parts of the lungs and we are not sufficiently oxygenised.  By doing deep breathing – starting from the abdomen which is practiced by singers, we begin to take in more oxygen and fill in the lungs.

As we do this for a few minutes, the idea is to get people more relaxed and also more focused. Once people start focusing on the breath, our inner chatter automatically and gradually goes away.

Module Two – Breath Retention

After a few minutes, we start practicing breath retention. The idea is to breathe in deeply to a count of 6, then hold the breath for 6 seconds, and then breathe out to a count of six. Relax. Then repeat the 6 second cycle.

If the count of 6 is difficult, then practice to a count of 3 first.  Once you are used to the count of 3 then you may continue to the count of 6. There is no hurry. Do what is doable.

In pranayama or deep breathing practice, there are patterns of counts in inhaling, holding the breath and then exhaling.

Certain people that I know can hold the breath for two minutes after lots of practice and they tell me that they experience bliss.  And from what I have read in the literature on deep breathing practice, this appears to be the case.

As we continue this practice, people generally can and will be able to feel energy flowing throughout their entire body.  The textbooks say we have many miles of meridians carrying energy throughout the body.

Acupuncture is one method to restore the energy when we are not well. If we practice deep breathing consistently, we are performing a natural form of acupuncture. By the end of this session, people are sufficiently relaxed and prepared to continue with the next module.

In the interpretation of oneness principles, breathing in is merging the outside with the inside. Breathing out is merging the inside with the outside.

Holding the breath is merging the outside and inside – in other words, experiencing oneness. That’s why when breath retention is practiced consistently, people go into blissful states.

Module Three - Feminine and Masculine Balancing and Unity Integration

The idea is that once people are sufficiently relaxed with the deep breathing and breath retention, the mind slows down, people start feeling lighter and calmer. They are prepared for the next step.

The four hand mudras or movements. Each is done for two to three minutes.  Once people are more familiar with this practice, intuitively, they will increase the time spent on each hand movement.

The first step removes our emotional garbage. The second and third movement regulates the feminine and masculine. The fourth step balances and integrates the masculine and feminine so that the middle channel is activated, and the spiritual life force is gently released.

The energy rises gently to the brain and energises dormant parts of the brain and eventually one’s inner wisdom and intuition are gradually awakened.

The more people practice the yin yang balance in their lives, the more this balance will spread to the earth herself.

The earth is also a yin yang energy battery. There has to be balance and harmony. The planet is severely affected by the aggressive male energy present on the planet today.  There is a lack of harmony and balance between the feminine and masculine polarity.

When we are out of balance, we will automatically fall sick. When the earth is out of balance, natural disasters will occur. Balance must be achieved within human beings. Or else natural disasters and human disasters cannot be contained.

There is no other way to resolve these problems - creating a balance between the masculine and feminine is necessary for inner peace and eventually world harmony to prevail. With inner peace comes a natural intelligence that guides us.

Module Four – Thoughtless Meditation

After the third module, participants are supposed to be balanced energetically, the yin and yang in harmony and are more relaxed and calmer.

This is now the appropriate time to practice thoughtless meditation.  In thoughtless meditation, the idea is to gently seek the silence between the thoughts and lengthen the time of silence between each thought.

In this process, the participant is urged not to suppress any thought. When any thought comes, the thought is allowed to come to the mental screen and allowed then to naturally depart. Then another thought comes and the process is repeated.

However, because of the practice of Modules One and Two and Three, the thoughts are now slower and one can then discern the silence or gap between the thoughts and gently lengthen that gap.

With sufficient practice, one can lengthen that gap from a few seconds to ten seconds before the next thought.  Then lengthen the gap to 30 seconds before the next thought. Then lengthen the gap to 60 seconds before the next thought.

Through continuous practice, that gap can be lengthened to three minutes, then five minutes then ten minutes and so forth until one can sit in thoughtless meditation for 30 minutes – which is quite an achievement.

The participant will shift from a conscious state to an altered deeply relaxed state that is thoughtless and this is the time, the brain waves slow down and the body rests and rejuvenates itself and absorbs more life-force.

Closing

Once we have finished the meditation practice, we can do an inner countdown of 1 to 10 and bring ourselves back to full body consciousness.

Rub our hands and warm the face.

Tap the top of the head with the right palm to release excess energy.

And we are back to our conscious state from the meditative state.

Feedback from Participants

We had a feedback from one participant. From his comment we can only conclude that he has a breathing problem which is caused by a blocked nose. After a practice session, he commented, “A million thanks for an awesome session last Saturday.

"Great experience and I shall practice religiously. This morning had a wonderful sitting…my nose was opened. Oh what a feeling. It was like eating wasabi coz nose opened up.

Wasabi is a form of Japanese horseradish that is used as a condiment and has an extremely strong pungency. It normally produces vapours that stimulate the nasal passages.

So for people with breathing problems or blocked noses, simple and easy-to-do deep breathing and retention practices do obviously help.

Anne

She had visions of a rainbow and a bright light. We can relate this to the rainbow body practice of indigenous cultures in South America and Tibet.

There are reference to the Rainbow Light Aura Meditation of Tibet introduced to the world by the Guru Padma Sambhava who is believed to be the second Buddha after Sakyamuni.

The idea is that when the rainbow is seen, then one knows that the practice is working because this means that the major energy centres, the chakras are harmonised and balanced. The seven major energy centres of the human body reflect the seven colours of the rainbow.

Mudra for activating the diamond light body

Andrew:

Last Saturday's session at Leisure Commerce Square in our new office  on the 8th of July was rather interesting, We downloaded a mudra for activating the Diamond Light body. We believe that this is the first of the diamond light activation mudras and there will in likelihood be more to come.

The first mudra for activating the diamond light body:

The information was that the practice of the first four yin yang mudras were the basic tools to achieve oneness. And once that was established and maintained through regular practice, then the next stage of development would take place, which is activating the diamond crystalline light body.

Over the years we have encountered information about the diamond light body and the idea was lurking somewhere in the back of my mind. One of the most well known diamond light activation practitioners is Julie Umpleby.

She has accessed many diamond light activation symbols which are rather beautiful.  Just google her name and you will find some of her symbols for diamond light activation. These are some of them.

The diamond light body comes hand in hand with personal development. And this very famous quote from Lao Tzu on Julie's website encourages us to take responsibility for our own personal progress. No one else can do it for us. We have to correct ourselves.

So what exactly is the diamond light body, you may ask?  There is a rather good explanation by Kate Spreckly, another diamond light activation teacher.

DIAMOND LIGHT CONSCIOUSNESS
by Kate Spreckley

‘When we long for a life without difficulties, remind us that oaks grow strong in contrary winds and diamonds are made under pressure’ – Peter Marshall

We are definitely seeing an increase in the intensity of energy we are working with. The pressure has been building creating many internal and external shifts and changes.

With major releases of old structures and patterns we are being compelled to re-evaluate our lives and the way in which we live. Its been a very long, long climb and we are riding this roller coaster of energy whether we want to or not.

Our transformation is no longer a choice as we are in the middle of one of the greatest transformational shifts every known…and there is certainly no getting off it now!

This transformation is impacting us on every level of our being – physically, emotionally, mentally and Spiritually.

Changes can be seen in every sphere of our lives as social, political, financial and environmental systems continue to break down so that we may establish a new way of being in this world.

The changes and transformation are occurring at a very rapid rate and speed with which we are being faced with old patterns and energetic blocks has increased dramatically.

For many it has been difficult to maintain a feeling of balance and flow as it feels as if we are being thrown from one extreme state and into another without pause of breath.

The intense changes we are experiencing are being intensified by the powerful waves of cosmic energy coming at us through our Sun and the many different planetary alignments occurring.

We are all being rebooted in order to align with an advanced way of being, which requires us, as individuals, to live more deeply from our hearts.

The intensity of energy is causing a change within our personal energy fields, a change that needs to occur in order for us to align, access and utilise the highly charged energy coming in now.

Over the last few months there has been a quickening of energy in our individual energy fields, facilitated by the healing and release of old patterns and structures.

All focus has been on an internal process of awaking and activating the heart and thus a deepening connection both the love and light of the Divine.

As your heart opens and you work with its power and energy, your energy field is restructured to activate a diamond light grid within your field.

This diamond light grid is an essential aspect of your evolutionary process and restructures your energy field to create a matrix of light energy that is important for your evolving Light Body.

Your diamond light grid links you to expanded levels of consciousness and is a tool that will assist you in maintaining balance through the challenges you are faced with.

When perfectly aligned and anchored it connects you with your pure, Divine essence, thus allowing you to attain and contain unconditional love, compassion and unity consciousness.

The diamond is a multi-prism, a reflection of all light and as such allows you access, with clarity, to the pureness and fullness of the light that you are.

The diamond light grid is a specific geometric shape that both surrounds and penetrates your physical body. It carries higher frequencies of light, which once aligned to its original structure, allows for a greater degree of resonance with your Soul purpose and original blueprints for life.

It is what will enable your physical body to hold and anchor the increased frequencies of light and facilitate massive amounts of energy.

The Earth is being showered, continuously, with cosmic light rays of energy and in order for you to manage and work with these energies your energy field must adapt and change.

As these changes occur and your diamond light grid is fully activated and formed, you will be able to move through the intense shifts more easily.

As the energy frequencies increase in and around the Earth, your diamond light grid will expand and fully form within your field supporting you in containing these higher energies, reducing any backlash and assisting you in holding a stable and balanced core of higher energy.

Activating your diamond light grid within your heart is a profound and beautiful way of opening to your Divine self.

By opening and expanding your awareness to fully activate and anchor your diamond light grid, you will be gifted with greater clarity, more energy and the ability to manifest your hearts desires.

Over the past few years, consciously or unconsciously, you have been building and significantly increasing the energy of your diamond light grid.

You are now at a very important juncture where you are fully grounding this grid within the Earth. This process will intensity as the diamond light grid is fully anchored within your physical form and DNA.

This process will activate your divinity within the cells of your body, releasing any remaining fear and limitation.

Your ability to receive many frequencies of light and information will increase and your diamond light grid will harmonise fully with your heart to bring calm, peace and joy into your life.

As your diamond light grid continues to develop and is fully anchored within your heart, you will connect more strongly with both the grids of the Earth and the Universal grids.

This alignment process will reorganise your energy field, adjusting them with your original Soul blueprints and reconnecting you with the Universal grids of expanded consciousness.

When your individual light grid is misaligned or not fully anchored the flow of energy is obstructed and impacts your ability to manifest that which your heart desires.

Your entire being is being restructured to enable a clear flow of light and love between yourself and the Divine to support the manifestation of the path of your heart.

Ultimately all individual diamond light grids will connect to form a network of diamond light around the Earth. This process of connection will significantly alter human DNA, gifting future generations with the necessary abilities to continue the creation of a new, more balanced and whole world.

In the coming years the flow of energy will move very quickly and your greatest task will be to continue to reconnect with the power and energy of your heart, to fully anchor and stabilise your diamond light grid within your energy field.

This will be a time of long awaited transformation where you are freed from the limits of the past. You will be reconnected with your true, cosmic self, which will enable you to fully embrace your earthly existence.

There is the very real possibility of fully embracing and consciously knowing your innate divinity, which will assist you in creating a new life and thus a new world.

This is a time of great celebration as your life begins a new cycle where you are invited into union with your Divine self and the glowing warmth of your own heart.

All suffering you have carried on your human journey can now be healed as you become more conscious of your destiny. It is time now to move beyond your wounds and accept this opportunity to transform into a new body of light.

Your heart has been granted the birth of a new consciousness, which carries the seeds of emerging wholeness, encouraging you to rest peacefully in the knowing that your shattered soul is healing.

Hold your tongue, offer your heart

Andrew:

I found this rather interesting article from Uplift. I get articles every week from them. And I found this one to be spot-on.  The past few weeks have been an emotional roller coaster for many people, me included.  And while many of us may want to disappear right now into a new earth (hahahahaha) on a day to day basis, there are many critical things happening to us which ground us to this reality.

Many people I know are falling sick with cancer. So we have one foot that is placed with intention and thought into a new earth and we have another feet in this existence where people we know are afflicted with cancer and other illnesses. And it is rather trying. My elder brother died of leukaemia almost a year ago. And in February this year, my aging mother  (92 years) also moved on.  The strangest thing was she was diagnosed with leukaemia two days before she left us.

Hold Your Tongue and Offer Your Heart Instead
By Heather Plett on Wednesday July 5th, 2017

How You Can REALLY Help
When my mom was dying of cancer, I occasionally got messages from well-meaning people who wanted to offer what they thought was valuable information about how mom could cure her cancer. Eat raw food, take more vitamin C, stop drinking milk – all of those suggestions and more showed up in my inbox.
After Mom died, I got messages from other well-meaning people who thought they knew how I should deal with my grief. One person even reprimanded me for sharing my grief as openly as I did on my blog. She thought that I, as a public person, had an obligation to my readers to write with more positivity. She was also afraid that I would ‘attract’ more bad things in my life if I prolonged the grief and didn’t think more positive thoughts.
I had the same reaction every time unsolicited advice showed up – I bristled. When I’m feeling emotionally grounded, I can brush off those things that don’t feel helpful, but when I’m vulnerable, as I was then, I tend to bristle.

Good Intentions, Bad Impact
The advice didn’t have the intended impact. It made me feel small and judged. It made me feel like others knew how to ‘do grief’ or ‘fix cancer’ or even support my mother better than I did.

Giving unsolicited advice can make the recipient feel judgement, small and isolated.
I worked through those reactions, and then I wrote a blog post called ‘My heart is broken, but please don’t try to fix it.’ Grief, after all, is not something that can be ‘fixed’ with platitudes and second-hand advice. It’s a journey we all must take in our own way. And I wasn’t about to quit talking about it, even when the Law of Attraction was waved in front of me, like a red flag at a race track. My grief was an honouring of the relationship I had with Mom, not an invitation to the Universe to send more bad things my way. (I got a similar reprimand when I shared about my marriage ending.)

Recently, I shared an article called ‘Don’t tell cancer patients what they could be doing to cure themselves’ on social media, and several people shared their own stories of how people responded to their cancer, MS, or other chronic illnesses. One person even heard that their cancer was an invitation for them to repent of their sins. It seems there’s always someone with an answer to every ailment. (I heard something similar when my third pregnancy suddenly went wrong – that it might be a judgement of some kind – or at least God trying to get my attention.)
Why Advice Doesn’t Help
Does unsolicited advice ever help fix a problem? I can’t think of a single time that it has. For the most part, I think that all of us do the same thing when we’re feeling vulnerable and someone tells us how to fix our problem – we bristle. And then we reject the advice.
Don’t try to fix me, just hear me, see me, hold me; so I can fix myself.

Because even if the advice is really good, it feels like violence. It feels like judgement. It feels like shame. It feels like someone is telling us that they’d be so much better at handling our problems than we are.

Talking at someone with cancer about what they should do, rather than being with them in a morass with no easy answers, is not you helping them. It is you unfairly shaming them for having failed at self-help, which isn’t even a thing. – Steven W. Thrasher

The Power in Holding Your Tongue
Perhaps you’re one of those people who can’t resist offering unsolicited advice. I feel your pain – I’m often that person too. I have to bite my tongue sometimes in the face of someone else’s struggle. It can be SO HARD to sit with the messiness and not offer something that we’re SO SURE could be the answer to the problem.

But unsolicited advice isn’t really about the person we’re offering it to – it’s about US. It’s about our own need to be the hero, to be the fixer, to be useful. We prop up our own self-esteem by being the person with the solutions.

Fixing other people’s problems, even when they don’t ask us to, is also about our discomfort with being in the messiness and leaving things unresolved. If we can offer a solution that fixes another person’s problem, then we can live in an illusion that the world makes sense – that A+B=C, that every question has an answer, every illness has a cure, and everything broken can be fixed.

It’s not about us, it’s about THEM. We must bite our tongues, be present and listen.
Recently, I interviewed Grace Quantock, who lives with disability and chronic illness, for The Helpers’ Circle. Grace shared a story of a raw food party she went to, where, one by one, people who discovered she had a chronic illness sat with her and pried into her eating habits, trying to find out how faithfully she followed a raw food diet. Each of these people was trying to find the one thing she was doing ‘wrong’ so that they could protect themselves from what she was dealing with. They were so certain that a raw food diet was the answer that her illness was incongruent. If she was doing something wrong, then they could return to their illusion.

Parker Palmer shared a story of how people were eager to try to find a solution for him when he was going through his first experience of clinical depression. Well-meaning people told him to spend more time outdoors, while others tried to boost his self-esteem. The advice backfired – leaving him more depressed than he was before.

Here’s the deal. The human soul doesn’t want to be advised or fixed or saved. It simply wants to be witnessed — to be seen, heard and companioned exactly as it is. When we make that kind of deep bow to the soul of a suffering person, our respect reinforces the soul’s healing resources, the only resources that can help the sufferer make it through. – Parker Palmer

Being OK with NOT Fixing
It feels so much easier to offer a fix and then walk away with our illusion of a world that makes sense, than it does to sit in the messiness and be a witness. But what your friend really needs is not your answer – they need your presence. They need you to show up and hold space.

They need you to hold your tongue and offer your heart instead.
The next time you’re tempted to offer advice that wasn’t asked for, take a deep breath and exhale slowly. While you do, ask yourself what your friend REALLY needs and give them that instead. Even silence is better than the wrong words.

We thank Heather for voicing her feelings!

Thanks for the article Andrew. This article is good as it makes one think where to draw a distinction on giving advice and being supportive. I personally think that norms and cultural differences play major role in this issue. In the Western society which is perceived to be more  individualistic people are regarded as having capabilities to resolve their problems by themselves however in Asian people are inter-dependent and may prefer others to share their real life experience to be taken as guidance. As it is difficult to identify  what one needs in a given situation, it's always good to know that person well before deciding to offer your mind or heart ie to play  the role of a consultant or a listener.
