Early morning healing with marijuana energy

Andrew:

We have been experimenting more and more with the energy of marijuana healing.  This morning we were approached by a friend for some healing therapy.

She has gone to see the doctor for medical treatment and is on medication for her ailment.

However this morning she woke up with some pain and asked for some assistance.  So a reminder is that what we do is complementary and we always recommend that people should seek qualified medical professionals for assistance first before seeing us for therapy.

The doctor’s advice and medication together with complementary therapy is the way forward for many medical situations.

28/01/2018, 06:09 – Janet: Awake since 3.30am. Couldn’t sleep..

28/01/2018, 06:10 - Andrew Khaw: Is it? What’s up?

28/01/2018, 06:10 - Janet: My ankles are swollen and the nodules are very painful.

28/01/2018, 06:11 - Andrew Khaw: Oh my ... have you got my rainbow energy card? Are you sleeping with it?

28/01/2018, 06:12 - Janet: Yes

28/01/2018, 06:12 - Janet: And also having pain on the left back of my head.

28/01/2018, 06:12 - Andrew Khaw: Ok. Can work with you now on whatsapp ...

28/01/2018, 06:13 - Andrew Khaw: Sei hei ki 500 000 x … just say I receive and take a deep breath. Need you to be relaxed to be receptive to the healing energy.

28/01/2018, 06:13 - Andrew Khaw: Type I receive on whatsapp

28/01/2018, 06:14 - Janet: I receive with gratitude  🏽

28/01/2018, 06:14 - Andrew Khaw: Ok...take a deep breath … I will wait two minutes for you to relax ... just type I am relaxed ...

Then take a deep breath and relax … and feel where the energy goes

28/01/2018, 06:21 - Janet: I think it is felt in my whole body

28/01/2018, 06:22 - Andrew Khaw: Ok. Now pay attention ... it will start going to different places in your body ...

28/01/2018, 06:22 - Janet: Ok

28/01/2018, 06:24 - Janet: I think it is in my heart

28/01/2018, 06:25 - Andrew Khaw: Ok ... focus on heart ... tell what is happening.

28/01/2018, 06:26 - Janet: Feel light...

28/01/2018, 06:35 - Janet: Kidney

28/01/2018, 06:37 - Andrew Khaw: Ok...the numbness means it is full of energy and doing its work. Now focus your attention on your leg ...tell me what’s going on there?

28/01/2018, 06:38 - Janet: Ok

28/01/2018, 06:40 - Janet: Slight warmth and less pain.

28/01/2018, 06:49 - Janet: …and foot

28/01/2018, 06:50 - Andrew Khaw: Ok… any more pain on your feet or any part of your body?

28/01/2018, 06:52 - Janet:  Feel pain on left side hip area and my calf…

28/01/2018, 06:53 - Andrew Khaw: Ok...say marijuana leaves … please go to my calf and heal them now ...and see green yellow colours around your calf... (green and yellow represents the healing energy of marijuana)

28/01/2018, 06:53 - Andrew Khaw: ..and left side of hip

28/01/2018, 06:53 - Janet: Ok

28/01/2018, 07:00 - Janet: I feel it getting better...

28/01/2018, 07:00 - Andrew Khaw: ... explain … feeling better is too general. Need details… pain less .. etc

28/01/2018, 07:01 - Janet: Pain much reduced… less than before.

28/01/2018, 07:02 - Janet: Pain at hips no more.

28/01/2018, 07:02 - Andrew Khaw: Ok. Good ... appreciate the feedback.

28/01/2018, 07:03 - Andrew Khaw: So can you give yourself 15 marijuana leaves every night before you sleep?

28/01/2018, 07:03 - Janet: I think so... can

28/01/2018, 07:04 - Andrew Khaw: You have been initiated in reiki ... so you can use the reiki symbol sei hei ki for yourself ...and begin the marijuana healing

28/01/2018, 07:05 - Janet: Ok andrew. Thank you very much

28/01/2018, 07:05 - Janet: Will do that every night..

28/01/2018, 07:05 - Andrew Khaw: Or you can use deep breathing exercise for a few minutes to relax and then give yourself marijuana leaf energy

28/01/2018, 07:06 - Janet: Ok I will

28/01/2018, 07:06 - Andrew Khaw: See which works best for you

28/01/2018, 07:06 - Janet: Ok. Thank you 😊🙏🏽

28/01/2018, 07:08 - Janet: Really appreciate it andrew…

28/01/2018, 07:08 - Janet: Thx

28/01/2018, 07:09 - Andrew Khaw: Ubantu.

Note: People are always advised to seek qualified medical help before asking for complementary therapy like Reiki.

People requesting for energy healing like marijuana healing have to be:

Open to the idea or else their personal belief systems will block the incoming energies.

Use deep breathing exercises to get into a relaxed state. Or use relaxation Reiki symbols like Sei Hei Ki if they have been initiated….or any other form of relaxation method they are comfortable with.

Use their imagination to see the leaves going to their bodies

Then observe the results. Like all energy therapies, practice is required.

Due to Janet’s situation my own intuition is to start with 15 leaves. Normally we will work with the energy of lesser leaves and increase as we go along.  Practice and experience will help people determine the energy required.

Every person is different and the energy practitioner has to use his/her experience to determine the effect.

This can only be done when a person is resting or just before sleeping and should NOT be practiced if the person needs to be alert or is driving.

Healing with Marijuana Energy

Andrew:

For many years now, we have been working with the energy of plants, flowers and herbs.

I remember the first time at a healing center in 2010, I received a message to send the healing energy of flowers to a group of participants.

I told the group of 20 people that I was going to conduct an experiment by sending them the healing energy of flowers and I explained about the healing essences of flowers. But this time we were just going to send them the energy.

They had to open their minds to accept and believe that they could receive the healing energy and not the "real" flower. The group agreed to the experiment.  After making the group relaxed, we invoked the healing energy of flowers to the group.

After a short while we returned the group to full body consciousness and asked for some feedback. Well for a first time experiment, the results were not too bad.  Half the group could smell the flowers, the other half did not.

Since then, we have been working with psychics and other healers by invoking the energy of different elements from nature.  And it is good to work with psychics as they can see what is happening.

When Magdalena the Rumanian psychic was in KL, we tried working with this simple technique of sending energies of plants etc to individuals. And we kept on refining the idea and practicing until we could send the energy of any plant, flower or herb to anyone.

And we did the practice with the group of healers over here.

Lately as we all know, marijuana or cannabis has been in the news. In America, medical marijuana is available in certain states.

So we decided to revisit the idea of sending the marijuana energy to people and have a few trials to see the outcome.

There are certain conditions:  The recipients must be open to the idea and believe that such a technique can work.  Whether it's thanks to their imagination or to the actual transmission of the energy.  Both are necessary for the process to work.

I remember an old presentation technique.  The presenter will ask people to imagine that they are biting into a lemon.  Most people can actually taste the lemon going down their throats.

So recently we decided to revisit this technique with a volunteer and get psychics to see what is going on.  This is the experiment that was conducted on the 16th of January 2018.

TM is the person receiving the Marijuana energy. She has a lump on her chest.

The healing session is conducted over Whatsapp. From our experience, energy travels immediately with intention no matter what communication device we are using.

16/01/2018, 22.58 – Andrew:  OK let’s call it a night.  Thank you all. Ubantu.

The salt and lime etc are used energetically to cleanse our energy fields. In all cases of healing energetically, there is always an energy exchange. So the salt and lime is also used energetically to remove any inapproriate energy released from TM.

In most cases, the psychic will see black smoke leaving the healers upon cleansing with lime and salt. If for example, we treat 100 people a year and we don't cleanse ourselves, it is the black smoke of 100 people left behind in our aura. The black smoke represents the fears and worries of the people we treat. We will all fall sick.  So cleansing is necessary.

The intention of this session was to test the result of such a technique.  We are aware that the same person needs a daily dosage of this energy for the experiment to work. We are conducting this now with a few people.  And we are sending the energy to them just before they sleep.  This is still experimental, and we need to see the outcome.

We have to put a disclaimer that people with illnesses need to see a health care professional for the best medical advice.

Is another person's pain affecting you?

Andrew:

Lately I have been getting more enquiries from people about their pain when the cause is not so obvious or clear cut.  I normally tell them to see a doctor and find out the cause.

It is when they come back and say that the doctors cannot seem to find anything wrong with them, that I suspect these people could be empaths or could be triggered by kundalini awakening from solar flares.

One of the things I learned is the healing effectiveness of Hooponopono:  I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you..... So calm yourself first, take a few deep breaths and then address that part of your body which is in pain.. identify the organ or body part by name for example, Throat I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, i love you continuously till the pain reduces or goes away.

Since I have written about how to treat spontaneous kundalini awakening triggered by solar flares I shall now post an article by how to manage empathic behaviour.

How to Avoid Empathy Burnout

When You are Surrounded
by Other People’s Pain

January 15th, 2018
By Josh Richardson

Guest writer for Wake Up World
It seems there could never be enough empathy and compassion in our world, but we are starting to discover that our capacity for empathy – to share the emotions of others and take their perspective – can come with a bit of a sting if we’re not careful.

If we get caught up on the misfortunes of others without understanding life’s processes, it can make us angry and unhappy. So where do we draw the line?

Fortunately, work on locating the root of empathy in the brain has also led to the discovery that with the right training, we might be able to tune how much we let others’ emotions affect us. This could allow us the best of both worlds — to care, without letting it consume us.

While culture might be socializing people into becoming more individualistic rather than empathic, research has uncovered the existence of “mirror neurons,” which react to emotions expressed by others and then reproduce them.

Understanding how others are feeling is a bonding mechanism that we are finding in an increasing number of animals.

In humans, primatologist Frans de Waal of Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, has suggested that being affected by another’s emotional state was the earliest step in our evolution as a collaborative species.

The very nature of being empathetic, involves looking past one’s own perspective in any given situation and understanding as best as possible the needs and experiences of another person.

But the pitfalls of empathy will be apparent to anyone who has been in a room full of babies. If one starts crying, pretty soon, they’re all at it.

Babies don’t understand the difference between their own emotions and those being felt by others, and so what one feels, they all feel. Negative and positive emotions alike spread like a virus.

As our sense of self develops, we learn to distinguish other people’s emotions from our own, although a variety of experiments, most recently studying our behaviour in online social networks, indicate we are not entirely free of the risk of emotional contagion.

Many studies have confirmed that this “empathy for pain” network exists, and that it doesn’t distinguish whether the pain you’re observing is physical or psychological. “The basic principle is the same,” says Tania Singer, who is now at the Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences in Leipzig, Germany.

What’s more, over the past few years it has become apparent that we don’t just catch pain from those we are intimate with. Unknowingly we absorb pain from others. Even from strangers in the street.

The first hints came from people in care-giving professions who often see the stress and pain of others, such as nurses, psychotherapists and paediatricians.

Since the early 1990s, a kind of empathy burnout has increasingly been documented — which has been given names including “secondary traumatic stress” and “vicarious traumatization”.

Symptoms include lowered ability to feel empathy and sympathy, increased anger and anxiety, and more absenteeism.

Various studies link these symptoms with an indifferent attitude to patients, depersonalisation and poorer care.

It’s perhaps unsurprising that empathy burnout can affect people frequently surrounded by other people’s pain, especially in hospice staff or by people who are empaths or psychics.

Caregivers need to be empathetic, but empathy is not one thing. Both neuroscience and psychology have uncovered an important distinction between two aspects of empathy: Emotion contagion, which is vicariously sharing another person’s feeling, and empathic concern, which entails forming a goal to alleviate that person’s suffering.

Doctors can particularly experience empathy burnout in the beginning of their practices and then become numb to patient complaints.

A doctor-patient relationship built on trust and empathy doesn’t just put patients at ease — it actually changes the brain’s response to stress and increases pain tolerance, perhaps even more than the medication itself.

“The relevance and statistical correlations of patient-centered relationships and health outcomes is now part of medical curriculum in many institutions”, said Psychologist, Dr. Sophia Tranter.

“What we are finding is that a doctor’s relationship and orientation towards a patient and their well-being correlates to a more significant degree than even the medication itself.”

Empathy Overload

The irony is that the effects of empathy overload might undercut the very things for which empathy evolved in us – mutually beneficial cooperation and collaboration.

“Even in the short-term distress transmitted via empathy leads just as much to a desire to escape a helping situation as it does to a desire to help,” says Michael Poulin at the State University of New York.

If that’s true, can we do anything about it? Perhaps, says Christian Keysers of the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience in Amsterdam.

“Just like some people are better at regulating their own emotions, some are better at regulating empathy,” he says. His work suggests we’re not stuck with the amount of empathy we are born with, but can adopt the strategies of others.

5 Strategies to Prevent Empathy Burnout

Appropriately dosed, empathy is undoubtedly a good thing, but we need to consider the strategies to protect ourselves if we are exposed to stress and emotions from others around us.

1. Know Your Vulnerabilities

Each of us has a body part that is more vulnerable to absorbing others’ stress. Scan your body to determine yours. Is it your neck?

Do you get sore throats? Headaches?  Bladder infections? At the onset of symptoms in these areas, place your palm there and keep sending loving-kindness to that area to soothe discomfort.

For longstanding depression or pain, use this method daily to strengthen yourself. It’s comforting and builds a sense of safety and optimism. Remind yourself that the pain of others is not your own.

2. Surrender to Your Breath

Concentrating on your breath for a few minutes can dramatically alleviate energetic pain which manifests in the physical.

It is centering and connects you to your power. Yoga is also excellent to facilitate this process.

3. Set Limitations and Boundaries

You don’t have to be an open book all the time. Control how much time you spend listening to stressful people or their pain, and learn to say “no.”

Remember, “no” is a complete sentence. If you are in a profession or in a relationship where you can’t say “no,” then try adaptive strategies that allow to set limits on and foster a balance between that which is negative and positive.

4. Develop a Support System

Surround yourself with positive optimistic people. Build a network of positive influencers, acquaintances and professional contacts. Have the emotional intelligence to recognize when you need help and when your empathy is turning toxic to yourself.

Call someone positive and uplifting.
When you find yourself becoming overly emotional, call a friend or mentor and calmly explain the situation. Often times an objective person can provide you with a different perspective or a new approach.

5. Embody The Philosophy That Everything is as it Should Be
Some people will always have pain. That is their path and there will be nothing anybody else can do about it until that person that decides to do something for themselves.

Know that they are exactly where they should be at this point in time. Comfort them, guide them and influence them, but nobody will ever change their situation but themselves. You are a conduit to their change, nothing more.

Andrew:

Finally surround yourself and your environment with positive sceneries, images and uplifting music.

It is not necessary to absorb or feel other people’s painful emotions.  Know that it is just a feedback mechanism to tell you , Oh, that person is in pain. I shall think of something more positive.

In Asian traditions, we ask people to carry lime and salt in their pocket.  This is not superstition. In actual practice, we find that salt and lime absorb negative emotions that would otherwise affect you.

This is an eco-friendly way to temporarily protect yourself until your emotional immune system is stronger.
